Remember how amazed you were the first time you tried Chat GPT? I do, and I was blown away.
Now I have tried Grok 3, and I'm even more blown away. First I gave it a question about complex timezone server configuration for Business Central. Something I could not find the answer for elsewhere. Neither CoPilot or CentralQ gave me an answer I could use directly. Grok3 gave me a very detailed description, including step by step configuration and considerations for onprem vs. cloud.
Next I gave it a work description including test scenarios for a new AL extension I had been working on for a few days. Within seconds it gave me the 2 tables, pages, codeunits and automated tests! It was pretty close to what I had spent close to a day on already and even had things I had yet to do, like correct event subscribers and notification setup. I would have saved at least 4 hours, if I had started with this code, instead doing it myself with my usual manual way, with way with VSCode and CoPilot code completion. The few things it didn't do perfectly, was all because I had not written it in the requirements and tests, like object ranges, prefixes and a few table relations. It even reminded me to update app.json for the test app with dependencies to the test libraries it had been using.
So, yes I'm completely blown away. No other AI comes even close to this experience.
