Email we received from a parent highlighting impact not playing and not following #Halfgamerule has. Remember players want to play… Not playing reduces their enjoyment and desire to keep playing. See englandrugby.com/halfgame for tips on how to apply.

In recent weeks we have asked the young lads in the @GlosRugby_Acad to try Koala Carries and 'loaded' Bear Crawl positions. All lads progress at different rates, and are better at certain movements. 2 lads managed this tonight, great piece of work from both of them.

We are fielding four senior men’s sides today. FOUR. Just let that sink in. On a cold, wet February day, we have over 80 lads who will pull on the Red, Black and White shirt. How many other clubs in the UK are doing this? #UpTheVos @EnglandRugby @RFUNorth @RFU_GameDev
