"How do I integrate AI into my business?" Every time I get asked, I give the same answer: "No fucking clue" I’m a software engineer. I don't know your operations, your margins, or your logistics. Stop FOMO, fire your "AI expert", find your bottlenecks, hire a real engineer.

Stop guessing what your "positioning" is. Go ask the people who already open their wallets for you. They know your business better than you do. (And yes, the replies make for incredible website testimonials).

I braced myself for silence, or worse, a list of complaints. Instead, they gave me the exact blueprint for our entire marketing strategy, and pointed out strengths I didn't even know we had.

I asked my clients a question that could have ruined my week: "Why the hell are you still paying us instead of going to our competitors?"

Would you trust an AI model to debug production issues and ship the fix straight to prod? Curious to hear your take 👇

Tried GPT-5 Codex too. Different approaches, but… it never reached the real fix. So are these models replacing us anytime soon? Honestly, I’d love them to. But for now, I still seem them as copilots, not substitutes.

Claude is insanely powerful, but it still needed me to guide it with the right question. A seasoned engineer with context would’ve thought out of the box and landed on that solution immediately.

I asked Claude 4.5 to fix it. Round 1: Wrong fix. Round 2: Wrong fix again. Round 3: I asked a sharper question: “Is there another way to get widget sizes?” Only then did it nail the solution ✅

The bug: 👉 Widgets wouldn’t resize properly on certain Android versions + Nova Launcher. 👉 The app wasn’t getting the correct widget size. This was a nightmare to debug.
