There's a guy I drive to work after I'm done with my shift. Our schedules don't *quite* line up, so I'm at his house ~15 minutes earlier than I need to be to get him to work on time. I always tell him when I'm 20 minutes out, and arrive within 1 minute of my prediction-

I *regularly* end up waiting 10-15 minutes for him to get in my car. CLEARLY he can manage his time to not be late to work, but he doesn't seem to respect MY time. He could easily start doing whatever he does when I first tell him I'm otw and be ready when I get there.
