ALT The prevalent cultural understanding of what a strong leader looks like is heavily masculinised. This needs to be redefined such that people understand what strong female leaders look like on their own terms, for example by celebrating and highlighting the features of women that make them great leaders. We need to embrace vulnerability, empathy, and compassion as pillars of strength. By reshaping the narrative of what it means to be a leader, we will promote inclusivity of diverse leadership styles.
