🚨 On January 12th Florida Senator Clay Yarborough filed SB 1756- known as the “Medical Freedom Bill.” This was the anticipated bill that would include the verbiage to propel Florida into its next steps in “ending ALL vaccine mandates.” However, on January 12th, 2026 when the bill was filed, there was no such verbiage to be found. In fact, it was removed entirely. The companion bill HB917 filed by House Representative Jeff Holcomb was also less than to be desired as it also did not have any “end all vaccine mandate” verbiage. @flgovrondesantis had a great opportunity to hold true to his word in his last term as governor and DID NOT. So what exactly does this mean for Floridians and beyond? - Tune in with @hold_thelineclnc and @jodiomalleyrn on January 23,2026 on @NursesOutLoud (no spaces) Podcast or on SubStack, Rumble where we break it down... #FloridaMandates #KeepFloridaFree #VaccineMandates #EndAlIVaccineMandates #playingpolitics

🚨🚨 TODAY — 6 PM EASTERN 🚨🚨 🎙️ TWITTER/X SPACE 🏥 NURSES SPEAK OUT ABOUT COVID HOSPITAL HARMS Today I’ll be hosting a Twitter Space with nurses who attended the Washington, D.C. roundtable discussing hospital harms during COVID. Several of the nurses who testified in the congressional roundtable will be present in this Space, and we are inviting nurses across America to come join us, listen, and participate in the conversation. We are also inviting patients and families who experienced hospital abuse, hospital harms, or other harms during the COVID pandemic to join us and share their experiences. We will be discussing: 💊 Remdesivir — the approved drug used in hospitalized COVID patients. 📋 COVID hospital protocols and how those protocols were implemented. 🚫 The denial of medications patients and families were requesting, including ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, nebulized budesonide, high-dose steroids, and high-dose vitamin C infusions. 🩺 The FLCCC @Honest_Medicine hospitalized COVID treatment protocols that patients and families across America were requesting for their loved ones — and situations in which hospital staff refused those requests. ⚖️ Patients’ ability to choose or refuse medications and participate in decisions about their own medical care. 🏥 Reports of mistreatment of COVID-positive patients by medical staff and discrimination experienced by patients who were sick with Covid but unvaccinated. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The denial of bedside advocates. Critically ill COVID patients were often unable to have a family member, friend, or chosen patient advocate at their bedside — something many families had never experienced before the pandemic. We are inviting you to come listen to these nurses speak firsthand about what they witnessed, including those who traveled to Washington, D.C. to place their testimony before Congress. And we are opening the conversation to others who were there, witnessed it, lived through it, or lost someone they loved. 🎙️ Please click the link below 👇🏼 TODAY at 6 PM Eastern. Nurses are speaking out. Patients and families are speaking out. It’s time to hear their firsthand accounts. @NursesOutLoud @GailMacraeBSN @DonnaLoweryRN @Hennac03 @nursekerrieBSN @TheMessengerDan @Nursekatejohn @DButterfieldRPh @MorganWallace @Jodiomalleyrn @ourptrights @DrMargaretShow @BeardedNurseDad @CardioFixer @erin_bsn @LawMedRNlegal1 xitter.cf/i/spaces/1wxWjld…

“There has to be a massive public outcry.” That’s the message that was placed on my heart days before @senronjohnson announced he would open the Congressional record on COVID hospital protocols — if 200 sworn statements are submitted. Now the moment is here. Families. Nurses. Doctors. Patients. Healthcare workers. If you witnessed what happened inside hospitals during COVID, this is the time to speak. Accountability and justice will only come when the public refuses to stay silent any longer. And if writing your story feels overwhelming, help is available. Check out my latest Substack (link in bio) for a AI prompt I created to help you! We need these stories documented. We need these voices heard. We need to get this done. 🎧 Listen to the full episode on your favorite podcast search NursesOutLoud (no spaces) Then decide for yourself why healthcare workers across the country are finally speaking out. If you have a story to share, submit your statement today. We need 200+ testimonies to help open the Congressional record on COVID hospital protocols. 📄HOW TO SUBMIT: • One-page PDF, 600 words max • Email: [email protected] • Subject line: “FOR THE RECORD ONLY” or “TESTIFY” ✍️WHAT TO INCLUDE: Families: who you are, who your loved one was, chronology of illness & treatment — known facts only. Clinicians: your role & setting, the unit you worked in, what you personally witnessed that violated standard of care, ethics, or caused harm. ✅Your story only — no speculation or statistics ✅Facts you can support and speak to ✅Avoid defamation ✅Don’t send supporting documents yet ✅Be ready to answer questions if contacted Will you be submitting a statement? #NursesOutLoud #COVIDProtocols #HealthcareTruth #MedicalFreedom #PublicOutcry

Six years ago today, I started speaking out. What nurses were seeing in real time did not match the public narrative. And when I found myself in direct conflict with institutional pressure, I went back and read the Nursing Code of Ethics for myself. That is when I realized

Modern nursing isn’t just clinical — it’s ethical. When the pandemic disrupted healthcare systems, it also tested the moral foundation of the profession. In this lesson from Navigating Ethical Waters, Jodi O’Malley explores how integrity, allyship, and moral courage define what

A nurse once shared that careful documentation helped identify a safety issue in her unit. At the time it seemed like a small detail. Later it became an important piece of information in understanding what had happened. Observation and documentation matter. Real clinical

Provision 3 defines one of nursing’s most essential responsibilities: advocacy. This includes: • Protecting patient safety • Reporting unsafe practices • Ensuring patient rights are respected Advocacy is not optional — it’s part of ethical nursing practice. Jodi breaks down how

Many nurses have heard of the Code of Ethics, but few have studied how the provisions apply to real nursing situations. Provision 3 is one of the most important — because it focuses on protecting patients. If you want to see how these provisions apply in real nursing scenarios,
