These are my teammates. We are Olympic champions. Three of us tried to give birth. Two of us experienced near-death complications. One of us died. We have to, and we will do more. Toriβs death cannot and will not be in vain.

βA great 3.5 years researching all things exercise & gut. The more you know the more you realise you donβt. There's an ever-evolving number of unknowns, but that's learning & helps fuel my curiosityβ.

Excited to be putting this together with Steph Gaskell (@NutStrategies) in 2023!
Launching in 2023 - thelongmunch.com
Super excited to be building our website to host a variety of written content as well as show notes for the podcast. If you have a question about nutrition for running, cycling or triathlon, in 2023 this is where youβll find answers.
Spotted on Apple Podcasts last week. We fell into the A & B episode format because we couldnβt decide if we wanted the expert @LouiseMBurke or the athlete @EvanDunfee for our very first ep. So we chose to have our cake and eat it too, made A & B episodes, & the rest is history!
It's our 2nd birthday & we're celebrating with new cover art, and a year in review episode. π π₯³ π
Oh, and some announcements about the future of podcast too.
