In fitness, you give someone money…and YOU STILL HAVE TO DO THE WORK. It doesn’t matter at which level you play. EVEN IF you hire the most competent, highly rated, uber successful, globally recognized personal trainer on planet Earth.
Super cheap discount gym? You gotta work.
High end elite personal trainer? You gotta work.
Best fitness training app? You gotta work.
And $94 billion dollars later, you have the fitness industry as a whole.
