MRI results are in, Andrew has a new tumor. It’s very small. He has another brain surgery scheduled in two weeks. We’re not stopping. We have the best team possible and we’re continuing to fight. Please keep us in your prayers. @bullishbruk @DrPatrick
Help Lori and Her Husband Fight Glioblastoma Brain Cancer On October 6th, Lori’s husband collapsed unexpectedly and was rushed to the hospital. Doctors discovered a mass in his brain, and he was immediately transported to Adventist Health Glendale, where he underwent emergency surgery. The diagnosis was devastating — Glioblastoma, an aggressive and terminal form of brain cancer. His surgery was successful, but this is a difficult battle. He is now receiving care at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and preparing to begin chemotherapy and radiation. Lori and her husband have also been seeking entry into Dr. Soon-Shiong’s Bio Immunity trial, but he must complete initial treatment before being eligible. With Andrew's full support, Lori has been able to start a podcast and become more civically active in her community. Now that life has thrown such a curveball, Lori has dropped everything to turn her main focus on Andrew." Between mounting medical bills, ongoing care needs, and the daily expenses of their five beloved rescue dogs, this journey has presented both financial and emotional challenges. Yet through it all, Lori and her husband remain determined to fight with Faith in Jesus Christ— not only for his life but to bring awareness and hope to others facing Glioblastoma. Please consider donating today to help Lori and her husband as they navigate this battle. Every contribution — no matter the amount — makes a real difference. They will continue to share updates along the way, both to express gratitude and to help others walking this same difficult road. Your prayers, love, and support mean the world. Together, we can bring strength, hope, and healing in this time of need. gofund.me/f792c04a8

IS EUROPE TRYING TO START A WAR WITH RUSSIA? Ukraine’s strikes on St. Petersburg and drone incursions into NATO airspace raise an extremely serious question: How do we prevent this war from expanding? Russia has accused Baltic countries of allowing their airspace to be used for Ukrainian attacks. Those governments deny it. Russia also claims that some attacks have been launched from Estonia, Latvia and Finland. Imagine America’s response if an adversary attacked us through Canadian or Mexican airspace. Washington would demand answers immediately. If any NATO government knowingly permitted its territory or airspace to support these strikes, that would be a dangerous escalation. Claims of launches from Estonia require evidence. Trump should demand a transparent investigation and urgent diplomatic action. Americans and Europeans deserve answers before a miscalculation drags NATO and Russia into direct war. #NATO #TRUMP #RUSSIA #UKRAINE

The Epstein Affair is not going away. We cannot allow pedophiles or their enablers of any class to walk away scot-free. Name Names Now!
Thomas Massie responds to media when asked about the latest developments on the Epstein Files: “You know, if this were a private law firm with 5% of the resources of the DOJ, this would have been done by the deadline. And they just missed another deadline, which is the report to Congress, which is supposed to list all the politicians that are in their files, and also they’re supposed to justify all the redactions 15 days after the first 30-day window. But the biggest problem isn’t that they’re missing the deadlines—it’s what they’re redacting. So they’re citing the Privacy Act and they’re trying to pretend like that overrides a law that we just passed that says you can’t withhold records to prevent embarrassment. They’re also citing FOIA standards which don’t apply to our law when they’re trying to say that they don’t have to release internal decisions, but our bill specifically says release internal decisions.” The victims will NEVER see justice. And the saddest part? These perpetrators are still out there raping, trafficking and murdering children.

Thanks to FDA for approving the platform that stimulates NK and Killer T cells. Memory T cells and durable responses is the next evolution of immunotherapy.
We are pleased to announce that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (@FDA) has expanded the indication for ANKTIVA® (nogapendekin alfa inbakicept‑pmln) + BCG to include patients with BCG‑unresponsive non‑muscle‑invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) with papillary‑only tumors. This milestone makes ANKTIVA + BCG the first FDA‑approved therapy for both CIS and papillary‑only disease in the BCG‑unresponsive NMIBC setting. Because papillary tumors represent approximately 85 % of NMIBC diagnoses, this approval significantly broadens access to a bladder‑sparing option for patients who face high risk of recurrence and progression. DIDDY’S PRISON LIFE: BARS, BOOZE AND ROOM SERVICE? Four former inmates reportedly told NBC News that Diddy pays prisoners to cook his meals, clean his cell, do his laundry and give him massages. They also allege access to expensive alcohol smuggled in by guards, a prohibited cellphone and a modified tablet for watching entertainment, including 50 Cent’s documentary about himself. The alleged price tag? Thousands of dollars a month, funded through other inmates’ accounts. If these accounts are accurate, is this prison or a VIP resort with inconvenient checkout rules? Are new White Parties being planned, or are they already happening?

THE GATEKEEPERS OF SPEECH ARE NOW SHAPING AMERICA’S AI. WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG? Remember when Apple and Google removed Parler from their app stores and Amazon cut off its hosting? Remember when Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube banned or suspended Trump and conservative voices challenged their restrictions? Remember the pandemic-era battles over what we were allowed to question? Remember the Washington Post coverage you no longer trusted? Now several of these technology and media giants are shaping America’s AI future, with Google and Meta among the companies signing Trump’s new accord. Before we celebrate, ask: Who sets the rules? Who audits the systems? Who protects dissent when the same companies control both the platforms and the AI answering our questions? America needs enforceable accountability. “Trust us” is not enough. We’ve lost trust in TikTok. Telegram has faced pressure to compromise its independence. The world needs secure, independent platforms that protect free expression. If we want freedom of speech tomorrow, we must protect the spaces where we can speak freely today.

Best of wishes Michael and Congratulations . There are millions of patients with cancer worldwide who are in complete remission. The next frontier is to develop therapies strengthening the immune system to prevent recurrence in these over 15 million patients in the USA alone, and drive long term durable freedom from cancer to win the war. Incremental short term duration of response should no longer be an acceptable outcome. The therapies to address and maintain cancer free status are now here……..the orchestration of the immune system, the identification of tumor DNA in the peripheral blood, the easy measurement of the NK and T cell levels in the peripheral blood count, the sophistication of next gen PET/ MRI/ CT scans, the ability to grow and store activated NK cells, the ability to identify tumor educated T cells, the new knowledge of camelid derived heavy chain single domain antibodies and the ability to precisely target radioactive ligands, to precisely target CART and CarNK and CAR-iNKT cells. These immunotherapy advances are all here today and in various stages of clinical trials. The oncology community will enter this next generation of paradigm change. The need to establish these diagnostic and therapeutic combinations as IMMUNOTHERAPY 2.0 is both urgent and exhilarating. This was the subject of my one hour talk with NIH and NCI and the decade of collaboration with Jeffrey Schlom and James Gulley to develop a cancer vaccine. Hope to release the talk once I receive the video recording and obtain clearance to make it public. We are closer than ever.

🚨 EUROPE’S PREPARATIONS FOR WAR ARE REACHING AN ALARMING LEVEL Measures that would have appeared unthinkable only a few years ago are now spreading across Europe: 🇫🇮 FINLAND (AKA Ukraine 2.0) • Raised the military-reserve age to 65 • Building a reserve approaching one million people • Removed the legal barrier preventing allied nuclear weapons from entering Finnish territory • Withdrew from the treaty banning antipersonnel land mines 🇪🇪 ESTONIA • Declared its willingness to host NATO nuclear weapons if necessary • Building bunkers, trenches and anti-tank barriers along its Russian border • Participating in the new Baltic Defense Line 🇱🇻 LATVIA • Constructing border fortifications, barriers and military positions • Withdrew from the treaty prohibiting antipersonnel mines • Expanding civil-defense and national-resilience preparations 🇱🇹 LITHUANIA • Building fortified defensive positions near Russia and Belarus • Stockpiling anti-tank barriers and mine capability • Withdrew from the antipersonnel-mine treaty 🇵🇱 POLAND • Offered to host NATO nuclear weapons • Pursuing an army and reserve system totaling approximately 500,000 people • Planning to train as many as 100,000 reservists annually • Considering military preparation for all adult men • Building the “Eastern Shield” of fortifications, surveillance, drone defenses and potential minefields • Withdrew from the antipersonnel-mine treaty 🇩🇪 GERMANY • Cataloguing subway stations, tunnels, garages and basements for use as bomb shelters • Seeking shelter capacity for approximately one million people • Registering and assessing young men for possible military service • Preparing to move hundreds of thousands of NATO troops and vehicles east during a major war 🇸🇪 SWEDEN • Sent citizens an “In Case of Crisis or War” handbook • Instructed families how to survive blackouts, air attacks, disrupted communications and possible occupation 🇩🇰 DENMARK • Expanded military conscription to women • Increased military service from four months to eleven months 🇫🇷 FRANCE • Developed public-survival guidance covering emergency supplies, radio communications and radiation precautions • Encouraging participation in military reserves and civil-defense organizations 🇬🇧 BRITAIN • Reviving government “War Books” • Integrating military, civilian, industrial and utility planning • Preparing a national home-defense exercise • Strengthening protection of energy systems, water, communications and undersea cables • Planning for cyberattacks, fuel shortages and supply-chain breakdowns • Making it easier to recall former service members—potentially up to age 65 • Increasing weapons, drone and ammunition production 🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION • Advising 450 million residents to maintain at least 72 hours of food, water, medicine, cash and emergency supplies • Building strategic reserves for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear emergencies Nuclear weapons have not been confirmed as deployed in Finland, Estonia or Poland—but those countries have opened, or are considering opening, the door. Europe says this is deterrence and preparedness. But when countries simultaneously expand conscription, recall older soldiers, prepare bunkers, restore land mines, consider hosting nuclear weapons and teach civilians how to survive war, one question becomes unavoidable: WHAT DO EUROPEAN GOVERNMENTS KNOW—or fear—THAT THEIR CITIZENS ARE NOT BEING FULLY TOLD?

🚨 A WARNING or THE PERFECT SETUP FOR A FALSE FLAG? Spanish newspaper El Mundo reports that the CIA warned Spain, France and Italy that Russia may launch explosive drones from commercial ships in the Mediterranean. The scenario is almost impossible for the public to verify: hide drones inside shipping containers, launch them from an unidentified vessel and blame Moscow afterward. If an attack occurs, governments must produce verifiable evidence before invoking NATO, retaliating against Russia or dragging Europe into a wider war. Who owned the ship? Who launched the drones? Where is the intelligence? And who benefits? In a nuclear confrontation, suspicion is not evidence—and an anonymous intelligence claim must never become the justification for war.

🚨 IS THE WORLD SLEEPWALKING INTO MASS FAMINE OR ARE GOVERNMENTS KNOWINGLY CREATING THE CONDITIONS FOR IT? WILL A GLOBAL FOOD CRISIS UNLEASH A RECORD MIGRATION WAVE AS HUNGRY FAMILIES FLEE THEIR COUNTRIES TO SURVIVE? There is no verified evidence of a coordinated global plan to starve the developing world. But there is overwhelming evidence that governments understand what is happening and continue escalating the wars, sanctions and economic conflicts damaging the systems that produce and transport the world’s food. Consider the chain reaction: 🌾 GRAIN EXPORTS ARE COLLAPSING Russia and Ukraine together account for approximately 27% of global wheat exports. Now ports, terminals, warehouses and commercial vessels throughout the Black Sea region are being attacked. Russia’s major-grain exports reportedly fell 37.6% year over year in July. By August, some estimates placed Russian grain-export capacity at only 40% of normal. Ukraine’s agricultural exports were already down approximately 19% from 2021 to 2025, and the latest attacks have further obstructed its Black Sea ports. This does not necessarily mean there is no grain. It means grain can be trapped behind damaged ports, dangerous sea routes, unavailable ships and unaffordable insurance. ⚠️ THE RUSSIA–UKRAINE WAR IS ALSO DISRUPTING FERTILIZER MANUFACTURING⚠️ Modern agriculture depends heavily on nitrogen, phosphate and potash fertilizers. Nitrogen fertilizer is manufactured primarily from natural gas. When gas supplies are disrupted or prices rise, ammonia and urea plants become more expensive to operate and some stop producing altogether. Russia is a major producer and exporter of natural gas and fertilizer. Russia and Belarus are also critical suppliers of potash. The war has disrupted this system through: • Sanctions and export restrictions • Banking and payment complications • Higher shipping and insurance costs • Reduced Russian gas supplies to Europe • Damage to Ukrainian energy and industrial infrastructure • Closure or reduced operation of fertilizer plants • Governments restricting exports to protect domestic supplies Fertilizer itself has not always been directly prohibited, but sanctions affecting transportation, financing, insurance, natural gas and related companies can still make production and international trade more difficult and expensive. Europe previously relied heavily on inexpensive Russian natural gas to manufacture fertilizer. When those gas supplies collapsed, production costs surged and several European fertilizer facilities reduced or temporarily suspended operations. Ukraine’s fertilizer industry has also suffered from damaged infrastructure, energy interruptions and the loss of industrial capacity. The result is fewer reliable suppliers, higher production costs and greater dependence on a limited number of exporting countries. ⚠️ FERTILIZER PRICES ARE EXPLODING The World Bank says its fertilizer-price index increased more than 12% during the first quarter of 2026 and could rise more than 30% for the full year. Urea exceeded $850 per metric ton in April, an 80% increase since February. The Russia–Ukraine war is now colliding with another fertilizer crisis caused by: • Disruptions around the Strait of Hormuz • Suspended Middle Eastern production • Higher natural-gas and sulfur prices • Trade restrictions • Continuing uncertainty surrounding Russian and Belarusian supplies When fertilizer becomes unaffordable, wealthy farmers may earn less—but poor farmers use less. That means smaller harvests next year. ⛽ 🚨THE WAR IS ALSO DAMAGING DIESEL REFINING AND DISTRIBUTION⚠️ Russia has historically been one of the world’s largest exporters of diesel and other refined petroleum products. But repeated attacks on Russian refineries, storage facilities and pipelines have damaged production capacity and forced some facilities to reduce or suspend operations. Sanctions and trade restrictions have also redirected Russian diesel away from traditional European customers. Longer shipping routes require more tankers, cost more money and keep fuel unavailable for longer periods. Ukraine’s own refineries and fuel infrastructure have suffered extensive wartime damage, making the country increasingly dependent on imported fuel. This matters because crude oil cannot power a tractor or delivery truck. It must first be refined into diesel. The world may possess enough crude oil while still experiencing a severe diesel shortage if refineries are damaged, overloaded, improperly configured or geographically separated from the markets that need fuel. 🚨 DIESEL IS BECOMING A GLOBAL AGRICULTURAL TAX⚠️ Farm equipment runs on diesel. Trucks transporting food run on diesel. Ships, mines, factories, warehouses and backup generators all depend on fuel. A Kansas State agricultural economist recently estimated that diesel was approximately $2.25 per gallon more expensive than earlier this year. He warned that prices could remain elevated for a year or longer because the world does not have enough diesel, not merely because crude oil costs more. Farmers face higher costs planting and harvesting. Trucking companies charge more to transport food. Stores eventually pass those expenses to families. The entire food-production chain is being hit simultaneously: More expensive fertilizer → smaller harvests More expensive diesel → higher farming and transportation costs Damaged ports → reduced exports Dangerous shipping routes → higher insurance costs Sanctions and trade restrictions → fewer suppliers and longer routes Lower supply and higher costs → food inflation and hunger 🌍 WHO SUFFERS FIRST? Not wealthy governments. The first victims are families in Africa, the Middle East and poorer parts of Asia that spend a large percentage of their income on bread, cooking oil and basic staples. In wealthy Western countries, this crisis means: • More expensive groceries • Higher transportation costs • Increased restaurant prices • Greater inflation • Higher interest rates • Farmers and small businesses being pushed toward insolvency In poor countries, the same crisis can mean: • Empty markets • Malnutrition • Political instability • ⚠️Mass migration⚠️ • Food riots • Famine Climate shocks are adding another layer. A strengthening El Niño threatens harvests across Asia while fertilizer and energy costs are already elevated. THE UN REPORTEDLY PROJECTS THAT TENS OF MILLIONS MORE PEOPLE COULD FACE ACUTE FOOD INSECURITY BY THE END OF 2027. 🚨So is this being done deliberately?🚨 We should be honest: there is no proof of one secret organization coordinating a worldwide famine. But intent is not the only form of responsibility. When governments knowingly expand wars, attack refineries and agricultural infrastructure, obstruct shipping routes, restrict trade and continue policies that make fertilizer, diesel and food unaffordable, they cannot pretend the resulting hunger was unforeseeable. ➡️The warning signs are visible. ➡️The numbers are public. ➡️The consequences are predictable. ⚠️ IF WORLD LEADERS UNDERSTAND THAT THEIR POLICIES COULD LEAVE MILLIONS HUNGRY, AND CONTINUE ANYWAY, AT WHAT POINT DO “UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES” BECOME A CONSCIOUS DECISION?⚠️ This is no longer only about Russia, Ukraine or the Middle East. It is about whether energy, fertilizer and food are becoming weapons of global conflict and whether ordinary people will once again be forced to pay the price. Col. Douglas Macgregor on the Iran War: "Iran is not the leading state sponsor of terror. That’s a lie we’ve repeated so many times it’s become absurd. “There is no existential threat to us from Iran. It never was.” Everything you've been told by this administration has been a lie. This war was not initiated to stop Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons. It was initiated to quench Benjamin Netanyahu's thirst for blood and control.
