I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - I really do believe there will be more opportunities for the average person to make life changing money in NFTs than any other sector in the next bull market (later in 2024 - 2025). Several reasons for this off the top of my head among many others: 1) They’re the most frictionless opportunity, meaning they’re currently facing the least regulatory scrutiny out of any other high growth sector. 2) They’re the most intuitive opportunity. People understand the idea of finding value in the collectibles market. With the current hyper growth in the gaming industry, digital collectibles are a familiar concept. 3) The applications for the tech are still early. Look back at the ICO craze in 2017 and the primitive L1s that never were able to build an ecosystem vs the evolution of DeFi, DEX’s, bridges, etc. that we have today. NFTs just experienced their 2017 ICO craze. There’s a lot of building happening behind the scenes that’ll be released over the next couple of years. 4) NFTs have the highest likelihood of producing viral content, whether it be via big name celebrities trying to release a product that’ll never succeed or some type of digital medium actually manifesting itself into a meme or digital identity. People like to flex cool shit on social media. That’s not slowing down any time soon.
