100% give Leki a follow if you haven’t already. Original, unbiased research. Top investor.
Shipped the biggest update to Lekiresearch.com so far. The problem: My deep dives and research notes are long. Useful, but if you just want to know how a company's financials or what the bear case is, you're digging through pages to find it. The fix, live now for subscribers: Ask AI: type any question and get an answer grounded in the deep dives, using Anthropic's models Simple Search: find any ticker, metric or theme across the whole library in seconds Answers come from my actual research, with the source deep dive so you can read the full context. Every new deep dive gets added automatically, so the library only gets more useful over time. I am continuously finding ways to improve the website and I truly am proud of what I have created here since 3 weeks ago. Thank you to all my subscribers! Please go and try it out :)

The Fee Switch vote has passed, with 100% of votes in favour. The fee switch milestones are now activated and programmatic ENA buybacks will begin and scale higher as metrics and milestones are reached. Snapshot vote results linked in tweet below:
We are excited to announce four updates regarding the Ethena ecosystem, further details on each point are provided in the blog linked below: 1. Buyout of early investors: The Ethena Foundation executed a buyout of all locked tokens from certain major seed investors that sold any ENA within the last 9 months. 2. Alignment of Token & Equity: The Ethena Foundation and Ethena Labs have reached agreement on a Master Framework Agreement, whereby IP and ownership of value accrued by the protocol is assigned to the Foundation exclusively and governed by token holders with no residual cash flow due to equity investors in the Labs entity. 3. Revenue Buybacks: Governance proposal now live for the implementation of the fee switch whereby net revenue accrued across all business lines under the Ethena brand will be used to programmatically buy back the ENA token. The vote for revenue buyback fee switch implementation is now here, and has already been approved by the Risk Committee: snapshot.box/#/s:ethenagover… 4. Removal of monthly VC unlocks: The Ethena Foundation and lead investors have agreed to eliminate future overhang associated with monthly VC investor unlocks by releasing unvested tokens. All team tokens remain locked per the original vesting schedules. Further details and documentation is provided in the blog linked below:

I think one of the most underappreciated stocks on this AI drawdown is still $PENG and there's 2 reasons: 1. The Chart 2. The Fundamentals Let's start with the first one, the chart: $PENG currently sits right on top of a smart money accumulation zone between $44 - $50 giving us a solid foundation to base / bounce off whilst also forming a nice bullish divergence bouncing on the trendline here. The stock is also back in an uptrend, creating higher highs, and higher lows after the initial drawdown from all time highs. Let's say you take a position here around $50 -> versus my initial mid term target of $90, setting a stop loss on a daily close below this demand zone. You would net a risk-reward ratio of about ~5 Then the second one, the fundamentals: $PENG just posted a record quarter, with net sales up 48% YoY to $479M, non-GAAP EPS up 79% to $0.84, both blowing past consensus. Management didn't just beat, they raised full-year guidance from 12% to 22% growth and EPS guidance from $2.15 to $2.60, then gave a preliminary FY27 view of ~30% growth on top of that. The Integrated Memory segment, the core of the thesis, grew 111% YoY and now makes up the majority of revenue, riding the same memory supercycle that gave $MU its biggest quarter in history. Then there's $SKHY, the same company that manufactures the memory $PENG depends on, paid a massive premium to buy out $SKT entire strategic stake in the company. That's $PENG their own supply chain partner putting real capital behind the equity and taking board seats to do it. Put the chart and the fundamentals together, and you have a technical setup with ~5:1 risk-reward, sitting on top of a business that just accelerated growth and got a vote of confidence from the one company that would know best. I know what I would do if a situation like this was presented in front of me.

If $LMND is going to continue 40% yoy growth spend increase, it makes sense they are targeting > 40% IFP growth. Otherwise company will not be profitable.
New $LMND interview with Tim Bixby. He can see the growth rate getting to the 40-45% range.

So it looks like both @PaperBagInvest and I landed on roughly the same NPV for $LMND. Analysis available on my Substack.

Give Ironic Ape and his site a follow if you haven’t already. He’s a real one.
It’s taken nearly a full year of my life - First $LMND, soon everything else. I’ve finally launched IronicApe - not another data provider but what will become (overtime) the world’s leading digital analyst, 100x cheaper and 100x faster. I built it around a simple belief: data is only useful when you understand the context, the source, the business and why the number matters. It brings together narrated earnings updates, company “stories”, operating performance, ownership, fundamentals, market sentiment, technical analysis, valuation, SEC filings, source checks, point-in-time backtesting, community research and Cortex - our map of the drivers and dependencies behind a business… a business is not GAAP accounting, everything connects to everything else and every reaction has an equal and opposite reaction. The walk-forward Machine learning model moves through history one reporting period at a time, using only information available at that point (blind) - It forecasts, compares the result with what actually happened and learns which signals deserve more weight - without quietly learning from the future. It tests possible causal relationships; it doesn’t pretend correlation is proof. I’ve tried my best to make everything understandable for retail investors while retaining enough technical depth, granular analysis and transparent evidence to be useful to leading analysts, all financial data is deterministically retrieved and source backed. Portfolio management (that’s actually useful), a company screener and a much more comprehensive Learning Academy are coming soon… IronicApe is meant for all investors no matter their age, background, education or experience - longer term it will help take a first time investor from understanding the terminology most with years of experience just know, what is revenue or gross margin all the way to complex MBA level knowledge and beyond. For now, please go forth and try it. Find every bug, missing feature, confusing explanation, bad assumption and change you think it needs. Honest feedback is very welcome! If you read this far, fair play! There’s also 10 hidden @PaperBagInvest hidden around the app. I had Ai place them, even I don’t know where they all are, I’ve only managed to find 5 so far! 😅 Together, we can overtime level the playing field with Wall street and democratise financial analysis. I turned down a 7 figure investment to build this for the retail community. It’s not perfect, nothing is - but my commitment to you all is to never stop pushing the boundary of what’s possible.. to iterative, innovate and strive to win together!! And while it’s not perfect, I can tell you this for free… it’s a fu*k load better than Book value per share!!! 🍋 It has real cost to maintain - I’m not yet eligible to monetise from X and I really DON’T want to charge for this. So if you find value in it, please like, share and follow. I also appreciate I post a lot of stuff that people may not want to follow to get access, so I’ll be adding a non follower paid subscription and free ad’s plan soon. For now, when you link your X account it checks follower status to unlock content, it uses the least access x provides to check follower status - I don’t even get your email. I'm also working on an updated model for $LMND on the back of Q2 earnings call + Daniel's interview on @PaperBagInvest's channel. Will be published on the Substack on Sunday / Monday.
Now that you sold Palantir (because it is overvalued!) it proceeded to rip 50% in 3 days. Substack subscribers knew all along that fair value is no way to look at $PLTR. As long as $PLTR is under $500 it is undervalued. We thank you for your sacrifice.

The thesis is on track but the valuations have changed vastly. I think it’s more reasonable to model 15% YoY opex minus CAC now, from 5% previously, which means profitability is greatly reduced. $LMND
Long term thesis unchanged. ✅ After digesting the Q2 earnings report and all the commentary, my conclusion is simple: everything is still on track. I understand why the market punished $LMND for guiding toward flat OpEx growth when, in reality, some costs simply cannot stay flat. On the other hand, metrics like LAE are improving ahead of schedule and ahead of expectations. After watching @PaperBagInvest's video, I also have a much better understanding of the SBC discussion and why it matters. Patience is the key here. In a few years, we'll probably have forgotten about these issues because they are largely a byproduct of focusing too much on QoQ and YoY fluctuations.

Holy my $AAOI bag is laughing to the bank
A very material catalyst came about for Western supply chains from $AAOI, $SIVE / Jabil, to $LITE and Coherent: The Trump administration is drafting a ban of new Chinese optical transceivers and DC devices. Which would likely hit China’s Innolight, Eoptolink, and other Chinese optical interconnect supply chains. "The agency would ban all imports of new transceiver models and then exempt many non-Chinese suppliers from the restrictions" We'll likely see a larger bifurcation of supply chains with even greater importance put on Western players.
