This is what responsible use looks like for us.
We aren't teenagers. We aren't looking for a escape from life. We're adults who work hard, pay our bills, run a business, support our family, and take responsibility for our own health decisions.
For us, kratom has been one tool that has helped improve our quality of life. It hasn't replaced accountability, healthy habits, or personal responsibility. It hasn't solved every problem. It's simply been one part of our wellness journey.
We know not everyone has the same experience, and we don't dismiss those who have struggled. Every person's situation is different. But our positive experience is real too, and it deserves to be part of the conversation.
We believe in honesty, education, quality standards, responsible use, and informed adult choice, not fear, hype, or one-size-fits-all narratives.
At the end of the day, we're just two people trying to live a healthy, meaningful life together. We take ownership of our choices, and we believe adults should have access to accurate information so they can make informed decisions for themselves.

MICHIGAN KRATOM ALERT! THEY'RE COMING AFTER THE ENTIRE PLANT AGAIN! 🙄🌿
GARDEN CITY, MICHIGAN — TONIGHT COULD BE A BIG NIGHT FOR KRATOM CONSUMERS!
Tonight, October 26, 2026, Garden City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adopting a proposed ordinance that would ban far more than concentrated 7-OH products.
YES, THIS INCLUDES TRADITIONAL NATURAL KRATOM LEAF!
📅 TONIGHT — October 26, 2026
⏰ 7 PM Eastern
📍 Garden City Civic Center
6000 Middlebelt Road, Garden City, MI
HERE'S WHAT THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE WOULD PROHIBIT:
❌ Growing kratom
❌ Selling or offering kratom for sale
❌ Giving or distributing kratom
❌ Importing kratom
❌ Advertising kratom
HOW MANY TIMES ARE WE GOING TO WATCH LOCAL GOVERNMENTS USE CONCERNS ABOUT CERTAIN PRODUCTS TO JUSTIFY BANNING AN ENTIRE PLANT?
And let's not forget the small businesses that could face penalties and licensing consequences under this proposal.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: THIS BAN HAS NOT BEEN ADOPTED!
Council members are considering it TONIGHT. If approved, the ordinance would take effect upon publication.
💚 MICHIGAN KRATOM COMMUNITY, THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK UP!
Contact your Garden City Council members. Attend the hearing if you can. Ask why traditional natural leaf is being included in such sweeping restrictions.
STOP BANNING THE PLANT. START REGULATING RESPONSIBLY! 🌿
Please SHARE! People cannot fight for their right to make informed choices if they don't know these proposals are happening!

I've spent over a decade in the kratom industry, and one thing hasn't changed: People deserve the freedom to make informed decisions about their own wellness. 🌿
Plant medicine isn't some new trend. Humans have turned to plants for thousands of years.
That doesn't mean every plant is harmless or that we shouldn't have safety standards. It means we should be having honest conversations about research, responsible use, education, and regulation instead of pushing fear and misinformation.
I'm not against regulation. I've never been.
I'm against taking away responsible adult choices instead of addressing the actual problems.
Regulate responsibly. Educate honestly. Respect adult choice. 💚

Before lawmakers make decisions about Kratom, I wish more of them would sit down with the people who actually consume it.
Not just industry representatives. Not just advocacy organizations.
Everyday people who can explain what Kratom means in their lives.

On October 20, 2026, Christina Applegate, the Emmy Award-winning actress beloved for her roles in Married with Children (1987) and Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead (1991), shared something that should give the medical community reason to reflect.
Her MD had told her:
“Congratulations, you don’t have MS.”
But what exactly is a patient supposed to celebrate when the diagnosis disappears, yet the suffering remains?
For years, Christina has publicly navigated the devastating realities of chronic neurological illness.
The loss of mobility, physical limitations, uncertainty, and emotional toll of watching her body become increasingly unpredictable.
And now she’s confronting another frightening possibility.
What if the diagnosis she believed explained her suffering wasn’t the answer?
Imagine the psychological weight of that.
For millions of us living with complex chronic illnesses, a Dx represents far more than words entered into a medical chart.
It represents VALIDATION.
A treatment pathway.
The possibility of understanding what’s happening inside our bodies.
And sometimes, the only hope we have left.
I know this feeling intimately.
Following multiple COVID-19 infections,
I experienced a terrifying collapse.
My blood pressure plummeted, hives erupted across my body, and I could barely stand without risking unconsciousness.
I went from being a physically fit Division I athlete and U.S. Marine to someone who needed a wheelchair.
During my hospitalization at the VA, physicians discovered a possible adrenal mass and suspected pheochromocytoma, a rare, potentially life-threatening tumor.
They explained that if this was the cause, surgery might resolve my symptoms.
And something happened that I’ll never forget.
I felt HOPE.
Imagine that.
I was actually hoping doctors would confirm a potentially dangerous tumor.
Not because I wanted surgery, but because I desperately wanted an explanation for why my body had turned against me.
I wanted answers.
A path forward.
My life back.
Ultimately, that suspected diagnosis wasn’t the answer, and my journey toward understanding my autonomic dysfunction continued.
That experience taught me something I wish every physician understood.
Patients sometimes fear being left indefinitely without a diagnosis more than receiving a frightening one.
Of course, ruling out multiple sclerosis is medically important.
No patient should carry an incorrect diagnosis or receive unnecessary treatment.
But please understand the distinction between GOOD NEWS on a laboratory report and GOOD NEWS for someone who remains profoundly ill.
Christina Applegate is still suffering.
A change in diagnosis doesn’t restore her mobility, erase her symptoms, or resolve the uncertainty surrounding her future.
And her experience speaks to something larger than one celebrity’s medical journey.
It speaks to every patient who has heard:
“Your tests are normal.”
“We’ve ruled that out.”
“We don’t know what’s causing this.”
And been left wondering what happens next.
To the physicians, neurologists, and researchers of #MedTwitter:
I challenge you to recognize the emotional consequences of diagnostic uncertainty.
Celebrate ruling out a dangerous disease, certainly.
But don’t mistake that milestone for the end of your patient’s suffering.
Remain curious.
Keep investigating.
And when answers aren’t available, don’t allow the patient to become another unresolved case disappearing from your schedule.
Christina Applegate deserves answers.
So do millions of us living with complex chronic illnesses.
We’re not asking medicine to invent diagnoses.
We’re asking medicine not to abandon us in the absence of one.
Because sometimes the most devastating words aren’t, “We’ve found something serious.”
They’re, “We don’t know what’s wrong,” followed by silence.
The absence of a diagnosis is not the presence of health.
And no patient should have to explain that to the people entrusted with their care.

Opioid use disorder was created as a Suboxone marketing tool. No such thing as OUD/OIH/BIND/central sensitization. These are all bogus medical terms used to justify withholding medication.
Where is the initiative for pain patients who have lost access to their life-saving medication?
And why are opioid settlement funds being used to encourage addicts to take the highly addictive opioid Suboxone?

Women who speak their minds, question authority, refuse to conform, and live life on their own terms have always made certain people uncomfortable.
I've never been interested in being the quiet, obedient woman who makes everyone else comfortable.
Here's to the women who were never meant to fit in. 🖤

NEW MEXICO KRATOM ALERT! ANOTHER CITY IS TIGHTENING RESTRICTIONS! 🌿
ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO — PAY ATTENTION! 👀
Today, October 22, 2026, Albuquerque is holding a public hearing on food and retail regulations that specifically address kratom.
📍 Vincent Griego Council Chambers
⏰ 11 AM–1 PM Mountain Time
Here's what people need to understand.
ALBUQUERQUE ALREADY ENFORCES KRATOM RESTRICTIONS AT FOOD-PERMITTED RETAILERS.
Today's rulemaking would formalize regulatory language rather than introduce the city's first restrictions.
And YES, this matters for traditional botanical kratom, not just concentrated 7-OH products!
⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is a regulatory hearing, NOT an announcement of a newly enacted citywide kratom ban.
💚 NEW MEXICO KRATOM COMMUNITY, STAY INFORMED!
Local decisions matter, and consumers deserve a voice in the process.
REGULATION. TRANSPARENCY. ACCOUNTABILITY. NOT BLANKET PROHIBITION! 🌿

MONTANA KRATOM ALERT
MISSOULA COUNTY, MONTANA — PAY ATTENTION!*👀
Beginning after **November 2, 2026**, the Missoula County Health Department plans to enforce restrictions on kratom food and drink products at licensed retail food businesses.
THIS INCLUDES TRADITIONAL BOTANICAL KRATOM POWDER
⚠️ **IMPORTANT:** This is enforcement of existing food regulations, NOT a new countywide ban on possessing kratom.
But that doesn't mean it won't affect consumers and small businesses. And let's not forget the small businesses trying to navigate an increasingly complicated patchwork of local rules.
One county allows something. Another restricts it. And consumers are left trying to figure out what's actually legal. 🙄
MONTANA KRATOM COMMUNITY, PAY ATTENTION!
Local enforcement decisions matter just as much as statewide legislation.

I've been consuming natural Kratom for more than 7 years, and I still believe one of the most important things we can do is share our personal experiences.
People who have never heard of Kratom need to hear from the people whose lives have been impacted by it. 🌿

Here's a question for everyone demanding kratom bans. 👀
If consumer safety is REALLY the goal, why aren't we focusing on age restrictions, independent lab testing, honest labeling, and holding bad actors accountable?
I've spent over a decade in this industry, and I've NEVER been against responsible regulation.
What I'm against is using fear-driven headlines, leaving out important facts, and twisting the truth to fit a particular narrative.
You can support consumer safety AND adult choice.
Why is that such a controversial concept? 💚
