The original article places Gholamreza Soleimani's statement about 982 county cyber battalions and 2,500 district-based battalions in Aban 1400 (approximately November 2021), not November 2011 as rendered in your English passage.
The figures are attributed to his public statement, rather than independently audited counts.

Iranâs budget problem begins before the money arrives.
In 2022, Iranâs Court of Accounts reported that just 58 billion tomans had been collected from surplus government-property sales during the first four months of fiscal 1401, against a 23-trillion-toman annual budget provision. That comparison reveals a large early-year gap, not the final annual collection rate.
A Black Reward-attributed meeting transcript raises a related question: what happens when spending commitments depend on revenues that fail to materialize? But the English translation also contains conflicting figures, including 15 trillion and 1.5 trillion tomans for an apparently related budget item. Those figures cannot safely be reconciled without the Persian original and underlying records.
Article 8 of our nine-part investigation separates publicly reported audit findings from disputed transcript claims, and examines how Iranâs budget oversight worked in practice.

A leaked meeting described 80 people facing death-eligible charges during Iran's 2022 protests. That is not the same as 80 death sentences or executions.
Article 9 of our nine-part investigation examines a Black Reward-attributed political briefing, the legal categories discussed, and disputed accounts of killings in Zahedan and Izeh.
The recording provides an attributed account of what political insiders said. It does not independently authenticate the alleged directives, the identity of perpetrators, or the eventual outcomes of those 80 cases.
Separate investigations by Amnesty International and a UN fact-finding mission document unlawful killings and grave fair-trial concerns. Those findings add essential context without converting every claim in the leaked discussion into proven fact.
The distinction between allegations, charges, sentences, and executions is central to understanding the record.

2022 we were warned about Iran shadow govt.
Here we are in 2026 thinking they are broke, crippled, and weak.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
The documents obtained as a result of hacking Imam Sadiq University by the hacking group Black Reward show that this university has obtained a permit for an cryptoâmining farm to generate income.
In this confidential letter addressed to Sadek Ameli Larijani, chairman of the board of trustees of Imam Sadiq University, it is stated that the university was able to obtain the permission to establish a cryptoâmining farm with the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade of Khorasan in 2019 due to its high profitability.
The same document states that when some cryptoâmining farms were shut down because of high electricity consumption, the university succeeded in obtaining a deâshutdown permit from the Khorasan Razavi provincial court.

Extracting money in the confiscated facility called Imam Sadiq University. Confidential documents about coins that are minted in the name of the religion and used to pay the officials of the regime. The share of the Mahdavi Kani family in this table that came from the head of the Revolution Committee to the presidency of the beloved university of Khamenei. How did clerics turn Iran's Harvard into a shop of governmental politicians?
Speaker 1:
Imam Sadiq University is a remarkable phenomenon. It is not just a university.

This is in contrast with many Qom scholars such as Naser Makarem Shirazi, who have declared the buying and selling of cryptoâassets as haram. But who owns Imam Sadiq University and what is its provenance? In 1969, MohammadâTaqi Bardar, a wellâknown Iranian entrepreneur, founded the SaadatâAbad Kolang Center for Management Studies in Iran. The center was managed by Habib Lajavardi, a historian, and was supposed to be a branch of Harvard in Iran to train efficient managers. The 1979 revolution however abandoned this idea, as did many other important ideas. During the early years of the revolution, MohammadâReza Mahdavi Kani, the Imam of the Friday prayers in Tehran, first took control of the regional revolution committee and then, by order of Ruhollah Khomeini, became the head of all Islamic Revolution Committees.
In 1982, amid the Cultural Revolution, the confiscated name of Harvard was changed to Imam Sadiq University. Clerics who sat on the throne of power dreamed of combining new sciences and religious sciences to create an Islamic university. Accordingly, the board of trustees composed of Ali Khamenei, Mahdavi Kani, and HosseinâAli Montazeri took control of the university's management, with Montazeri as its supreme head. After his dismissal from the position of the provisional Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic, Mahdavi Kani assumed the chair of the board and remained the allâround manager of Imam Sadiq University until his death in 2014. After his death, his son MohammadâSaeed Mahdavi Kani became the university president. In 2005, Khamenei spoke of his visions for Imam Sadiq University.
Speaker 1:
Make our Muslim and faithful scholars in various humanities fields hold opinions that the world can benefit from.
Speaker 0:
In 2015, Khamenei appointed new members of the board of trustees of this university, and Sadek Ameli Larijani, Ahmad AlâHadi, and the son of Mahdavi Kani sat at the table. Mahdavi Kaniâs son left the university presidency in 2018, but his family still holds the university. Qadsi Sarcheh, his wife, has been the dean of the female college of Imam Sadiq University for 32 years, and Mostafa Milouhi, his sonâinâlaw, is a board member; his daughters, Mehdiyeh and Sadieqa, are the head of the female college admissions office and a faculty member at the university, respectively. Mohammad Baqer, Mahdavi Kaniâs brother, is also a faculty member at Imam Sadiq University.
Imam Sadiq University is more than an Islamic university; it is an economic institution whose founders and managers present it as a nonâprofit organization. Yet this year it has taken about 36âŻbillion tomans from the public budget, and next year it will take more than 44âŻbillion tomans. Imam Sadiq University is a large economic holding called the AlâSadiq Society Institute, which according to hacked documents in 2019 earned more than 110âŻbillion tomans. This holding owns several confiscated institutes and companies. From AlâQuran pharmaceutical to the steel smelting plant of Khazar Steel, to name a few. To uncover the economic backâdoor of Imam Sadiq University, one must look at the clothing company of the AlâSadiq Society, which according to a leaked document is a cryptoâmining center. The board of this company includes several wellâknown figures in the economy of the Islamic Republic.
One of them is Alaaâeddin MirâMohammad Sadqi, one of the regimeâs superâmillionaires, head of the IranâCanada Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the mixed board. This Isfahanian trader shut down the flood in 1990. He insured his future by paying for the aviation insurance that brought Khomeini from Paris to Tehran. MirâMohammad Sadqi owns dozens of companies in various fields from petrochemicals to pharmaceuticals across 31 provinces of the country. He is a board member of the Alavi Institute affiliated with the Foundation of the Oppressed and the head of the Islamic Economy Organization.
Another board member of the society is Yahiyeh AlâEsghaq, the current head of the IranâIraq Chamber of Commerce and the commerce minister in Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjaniâs second government. AlâEsghaq was also a member of the mixed board. The supporters of the revolution, who in 2003 nominated him for the presidential election, resigned before the election. Now these economic figures of the regime sit at the revolution table and provide money for the culturalâeconomic cartel of the Mahdavi Kani family through state rants. The society company in this letter proposes to Zahidi Fava, former head of the Ministry of Labor, and a board member of the AlâSadiq Society, to set up a blackâtent production factory in Mashhad.
Last week, Raisiâs government spokesperson claimed on Twitter that the MohammadâReza Shah Pahlavi family, when leaving the country, took many assets with them, including the kingâs crown and the queenâs crown. Apart from inaccurate statistics, those two crowns are kept in the jewelry museum of the Central Bank. According to hacked documents, it is now clear that many coins and valuable medals were confiscated before the revolution and are in possession of Imam Sadiq University. These assets, according to the document, have even lost their own statistics. The output of Imam Sadiq University in terms of soâcalled âtrainingâ for the Islamic Republic was also the Raisi government. The mountain that a mouse gnawed. The gifts of the Central Bank Governor and the former Minister of Labor.
Speaker 2:
That the dollar price increase had nothing to do with sanctions. Did you know?
Speaker 0:
And of course this is the economy minister.
Speaker 2:
If the future government does nothing, next year inflation will certainly be ten to fifteen percent lower than this year.
Speaker 0:
Which, all graduates of Imam Sadiq University, the dollar is 44âŻthousand tomans and inflation is 46âŻpercent. The legacy of Habib Lajavardi and MohammadâTaqi Bardar, who became the Mahdavi Kani familyâs inheritance after the revolution and now a house on water for clerics who try to fill their pockets with cryptoâmining. The gold mine of the Shahâs era that turned into a rentâhouse in the Islamic Republic. Mojtaba Parhamoon, London.

Football against the people. The leaked hacked documents from the media outlet affiliated with the Quds Force. The story of the national teamâs glittering players being turned into an Islamic Republic team with the help of players and Carlos Queiroz.
On Friday, the Black Reward hacking group announced that it had hacked Fars news, affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and seized more than 200 gigabytes of information, including CCTV footage. Two of these documents that Black Reward handed over to Iran International reveal that, even before the start of the World Cup, the military's think tank and governmentâaffiliated media were planning to exploit the national football team and prevent its support for the people's revolutionary uprising against the Islamic Republic; they formed groups and strategies based on wartime conditions.
One was a World Cup operation plan from the think tank called the Shams Center, and another were recommendations from the editors of media dubbed the Front of Revolution. A security plan by the military intelligence apparatus to take over the national teamâs credibility and spend it for the Islamic Republic; a regime that the people in the streets say no longer has credibility.
Speaker 1:
Every goal is a martyrdom.
Speaker 0:
âDonât politicize footballâ is the constant slogan of the regimeâs officials toward protesters who believe football players should also support the peopleâs uprising and the martyrs of the protests. Now it has become clear that the Islamic Republic itself regards football minus politics as a hollow, false slogan and seeks to use it politically to confront popular protests. On 23 November, the national team players met with Ebrahim Raisi before flying to Qatar.
Speaker 2:
I said that both in the government and in the various victories that athletes have, all the athletesâ concerns must be addressed.
Speaker 0:
The meeting, which was accompanied by many criticisms, especially because some players demanded the support of the thirteenth government chief.
Speaker 3:
Do not refuse your material and moral support to the national team.
Speaker 0:
Now it has become clear that this meeting was part of the regimeâs plan to manage the team in cooperation with the players and, of course, the national teamâs head coach. In this wartime planning, highlighted in the document by Raisiâs order, several weapons were used. The most important were intimidation and threat. The regime promised the players that it would pay for them and threatened that if they did not sing the national anthem or wear a black armband, they would be sidelined from the team.
Another document emphasized that, on the pretext of a possible victory, players would be promised good financial deals and paid in a way that it would not be obvious that the regime bribed them. The regimeâs cyber army was also supposed to leave comments on playersâ social media pages and pretend that the right thing was standing next to the regime. They created a special account for Carlos Queiroz, the teamâs coach, in this plan.
A program that aligns with the Portuguese coachâs words against the people. The hacked Fars news document gave Queiroz the role of coordinating the players with the Islamic Republicâs standards. The regimeâs media editors, emphasizing Queirozâs alignment with the Islamic Republic, demanded that he present the regimeâs demands and say that obedience to the coach was necessary.
They fully sensed the danger and saw the publicâs indifference to football as being influenced by the revolutionary uprising and were concerned about the nature of the team, which, although it went to Qatar under the name of the national team, according to their planning was a government team or a team selected by the armed forces. The regime has reacted to the publicâs negative reaction to the birthday celebration of Bironund, the goalkeeper, during the protests, and predicted that the players and the national team would be called the government team.
The solution is to plan the seizure of potential victories and instill in the players that their supporters are government affiliates. As we saw on Friday evenings after the victory over Wales in Iranian streets.
Speaker 1:
Now they are celebrating. For the national teamâs win.
Speaker 0:
Planning for a governmental ceremony to welcome the team, a liberation of the teamâs identity that was supposed to appear in Qatar under the national teamâs name. In the hacked documents, the governmentâs plan to confront the presence of critics and opponents of the regime in Doha is also revealed. They practically requested through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that Qatarâs government handle the protesters.
What we have seen at the World Cup is that the Qatari government collaborates with the Islamic Republic to suppress protesters. The regime has prepared a media plan to turn the national team into the governmentâs team, one of which was sending soâcalled âprankâ reporters to Qatar; those whose pictures were made news. But at the same time, they also prepared a plan to stop free media activities at the World Cup. With Qatarâs cooperation, the Islamic Republic impeded Iranian International reporters.
The military think tank, which was powerless due to the possible presence of Ali Karimi and Ali Daiei as program experts, issued an order to discredit free media and directly mentioned that Iranian International should be assigned to Saudi Arabia. But the darkest part of the Islamic Republicâs World Cup plans is the attempt to spread dirt over the truth with the football tool. They practically asked their forces to blame the protests on Saudi Arabia and frighten the people about Iranâs division and civil war. Now it is easier to understand why the Islamic Republicâs leader praises this team.
Speaker 4:
Yesterday the national teamâs kids opened our eyes. May their eyes stay open.
Speaker 0:
Aeschylus, the Greek philosopher, believed that in the war of truth the first to be wounded is the one who speaks. The leaked Fars documents, in the hands of Black Reward, show the wounded face of truth. The truth that was supposed to be a national team, but its players gave in to financial promises and the fear of deprivation and turned against their people; under the leadership of the Islamic Republic and the representative of the Supreme Leader in the team, Carlos Queiroz.
The first curtain of Fars Gate. The first step in revealing the regimeâs truths from the Fars news black box, from the moral scandal of its employees to secret documents. Important documents about the highâranking officials of the regime and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps that are on their way. Documents that show how hard it is for this night to become morning for the Islamic Republic.
