Important updates:
News on physical discs for new games - play.st/4v86Wg3
News on PlayStation Store on PS3 and PS Vita - play.st/4vEN9FX
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Phasing out physical PlayStation media raises anti-consumer concerns, chiefly the loss of game ownership. Moving entirely digital means users buy revocable licenses rather than permanent assets, allowing Sony to pull access at will while eliminating resale and preservation.

🚨 Sony just officially pulled back from PC ports on big single-player PlayStation games.
No more Ghost of Yōtei, Saros, Marvel’s Wolverine (and more) coming to PC — they’re staying PlayStation exclusive going forward.
Multiplayer titles like Marathon are still multiplat, but the narrative hits? Console-only again.
Big shift after years of ports…

😭 Hackers & modders are straight-up MALDING over Switch 2 exclusives…
No more “just download + play on emulator” or modded Switch 1 magic. These games are locked down and they’re losing it 😂

🚨 Nintendo just dropped the Switch 2 Choose Your Game Bundle — launching early June!
Get the console + your pick of Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza, OR Pokémon Pokopia for just $499.99.
That’s basically the console at today’s price + a full $70–80 game for “free”… but only if you grab it BEFORE the $50 price hike hits in September.
Smartest Switch 2 deal of the year or what?

Needed to share this "rush" wish with all of you ❤️
And in return we all can send this little 4yr old girl all the positive vibes and beautiful MANA she deserves and needs right now.
Lily is on home hospice and her wish is for me to sing "You're Welcome"
Lily Guerrero, it's my honor and this one is for you....
love you, and I want you to always know just how special you are

This is Furukawa, President of Nintendo. We will make an announcement about the successor to Nintendo Switch within this fiscal year. It will have been over nine years since we announced the existence of Nintendo Switch back in March 2015. We will be holding a Nintendo Direct this June regarding the Nintendo Switch software lineup for the latter half of 2024, but please be aware that there will be no mention of the Nintendo Switch successor during that presentation.
