Open source er desværre mange forskellige tolkninger af. I min optik og i @OS2offdig fællesskabets er vores primære fokus på ejerskabet til koden - altså IP rettighederne.
De skal ligge hos fællesskabet og ikke hos en leverandør.

Det er 10 år siden 5 idealistiske kommuner satte sig sammen for at lave en forening hvor kommuner delte software under en åben licens.
Målet var åbenhed og ejerskab til den digitale udvikling i kommunerne.
I dag er 72 kommuner medlemmer.
