Mitch Loring

Excellent two-strike approach, lacing a line-drive single to right-center. @esprospects

Really proud of @spencer_gaylor & the season he’s put together. Over the years he’s grown into his frame, moved to SS this year, made some huge plays defensively, and tonight he came through with HR (#3) in the Regional Final. Hard work shows up when the lights are brightest. ⚾️

A lot of talent @BaysideBB_MD but I couldn’t be more proud of Caleb and what he brings @DecaturBasebal1 Lights-out defense, legit on the mound, does all the little things at the plate to help win games. Plays the game the right way and brings a level of toughness you can’t teach

POW: @Caleb_Loring, @HccHawksBball commit and @ESProspects alum tracking it down over the shoulder and laying out 🤯 Be a dude they can’t take off the field. #DudeWantsToWin

This dude just knows how to hit @LandonDaniel21 absolutely unloads on this offering to put @decaturbasebal1 ahead. Landon is a true competitor, a great teammate and just an awesome young man to have on your team. #bestbatinbayside

bot 7 in a tight game @caleb_loring @decaturbasebal1 comes off pitching the first 3 innings and still makes an unbelievable over-the-shoulder diving catch. Tough to be recognized as a top fielder at first base, but he just keeps finding ways to impact the game with his glove.

Strong Defense from Spencer Gaylor ⁦@VWU_BSB⁩ commit flashing the leather in the hole—backhand play, smooth as it gets. He positions his body perfectly, gathers himself, and delivers a clean strike across the diamond for the out at first.

Smooth. Clean. Effortless. @decaturbasebal1 SS Spencer Gaylor goes up the middle and makes it look easy—quick first step, glove to hand in one motion, and a strong, accurate throw to finish the play. That’s textbook defense and the kind of play that sets the tone every inning.

Pitchers. Are. Athletes. Making plays. Competing. Getting after it every pitch. 💪 10 punchouts. ~75% strikes. And pitch #82 still 85 mph. That’s not just a pitcher… that’s a DOG. 🔥 @DecaturBasebal1 @Caleb_Loring @BaysideBB_MD @HccHawksBball
