๐ŸšจPeter Schmeichel on Manchester United sitting 17th above the relegation zone on goal difference: ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Peter Schmeichel:โ€œIโ€™m genuinely worried about Manchester United. Not just because theyโ€™ve lost again, but because this club is being run without a clear direction. โ€œSeven points from nine games. One victory. Seventeenth in the table. How has this club reached this position? โ€œYesterday against Chelsea was another example of everything wrong with this team. โ€œLook at Andrey Santosโ€™ failed challenge on Morgan Rogers before Rogers got above Lammens to score. Thatโ€™s embarrassing defending. โ€œThen thereโ€™s Lisandro Martรญnez. Heโ€™s been vocal about standards, but yesterday he gets himself sent off with a second yellow. โ€œYou cannot demand accountability from everybody else and then put your own team in that position. โ€œThe Glazers need to sell this football club. Theyโ€™ve had their time, and Manchester United cannot continue like this. โ€œINEOS came in promising change, but what exactly has changed? We are still watching the same decline under different decision-makers. โ€œJason Wilcox also has questions to answer. I donโ€™t see a clear football direction, and I believe he should leave the club. โ€œUnited need people with a proper football vision, not executives who make promises while supporters deal with the consequences. โ€œAnd let me talk about Youri Tielemans. I donโ€™t believe he should be signing for Manchester United at this stage of his career. โ€œUnited need legs in midfield. They need energy, power and genuinely world-class signings. Iโ€™m not saying Tielemans isnโ€™t a good player, but he isnโ€™t the profile United should be relying on. โ€œLook at Tottenham. United supporters laughed at Spurs and mocked their signings. Now theyโ€™re on a two-game winning streak and sitting eighth. โ€œThey mocked the players Tottenham brought in, but those signings are clearly beginning to pay off. You have to give credit where it is due. โ€œMeanwhile, United invested in Tielemans and Santos, and look where they are. Seventeenth, above the relegation zone only on goal difference. โ€œThat should worry everybody at Old Trafford. The people making these decisions must be held accountable. โ€œBruno Fernandes is the captain. He needs to get into that dressing room and demand more from these players. โ€œCarrick also has questions to answer. What exactly is the identity of this team, and what are they working towards? โ€œIโ€™ve defended keeping managers rather than constantly starting again, but that doesnโ€™t mean Carrick is above criticism. โ€œAnother transfer window will not magically solve everything. How many players must this club buy before it starts looking like a proper team? โ€œI feel sorry for the supporters. Theyโ€™ve watched managers come and go, listened to promises and waited for things to improve. โ€œManchester United supporters should be discussing Champions League qualification, not worrying about relegation. โ€œThey are level on points with the team in the relegation zone and only staying above them on goal difference. These numbers should embarrass everybody. โ€œThe Glazers must sell, and INEOS must take responsibility. If they cannot put the right people in charge, they should question whether they are the right people to lead this club. โ€œThis club needs a complete change at the top. Bring in people with a proper football vision and stop treating Manchester United like an experiment. โ€œYou can lose a football match, but you cannot keep losing the identity and standards of an institution like Manchester United. โ€œIโ€™ve seen this club go through difficult periods, but this situation is becoming increasingly difficult to watch. โ€œManchester United need a serious wake-up call. Maybe relegation is the wake-up call.โ€

Ten million people have watched a comedian accidentally destroy the entire TED talk industry. He filmed the talk once at TEDxNewYork in 2014 and openly admitted he had nothing to say. Speaking coaches charge $5,000 to teach the exact tricks he used in 6 minutes to say nothing at all. His name is Will Stephen. He is a comedian from Late Night with Seth Meyers who was invited to give a real TED talk and used it to prove the format is a costume anyone can wear. Every TED speaker opens with a question, tells a personal story, cites a scientist, and shows a chart. Stephen did all four in six minutes with zero content. His entire formula fits on a napkin. Gesture with both hands. Ask the audience a question anyone can answer. Tell a mildly embarrassing story so they say aww. Point to a stranger on a slide and call them important. Flash a chart of random numbers. Wear glasses with no lenses. The audience will think you are brilliant. That last trick alone has probably cost the public speaking coaching industry a hundred million dollars in sessions clients should have skipped. "If you watched me on YouTube with the sound off, you would think I was a genius." That is Will Stephen on the TED stage, three minutes into the talk he was paid to give. He wasn't lying. Executives pay $15,000 for a keynote coach and still open with a joke the room never laughs at. Founders rehearse their pitch for weeks and still sound like Stephen at minute four, saying "wagga wah, gabba gabba" with authority. The talk is free on YouTube. The method is written across every TED speaker's playbook for ten years. Stephen still writes for Seth Meyers. Almost none of the ten million viewers have stopped nodding at empty slides since. The formula is free. The willingness to actually say something before your next keynote, pitch, or townhall is the entire edge.

This was outstanding! He made this video for his wife on how he first met her!! They are 23 years strong and this was one of her birthday surprises! This was so adorable and nostalgic . One of the best things you can give someone for their birthday is memories, old and new ones.

50 Cent DEBATES with Andrew Schulzโ€™s co-host AlexxMedia over Jay-Z, claiming Hov NEVER dominated rap musically like people think and used his LABEL to put himself among the GREATS, before saying Jay-Z NEVER beat him and did EVERYTHING to make sure Kanye West could ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ‘€ โ€œJay-Z is significant and a phenomenal artist, but even better at maneuvering himself into that position without the music actually doing it. They did every f-cking thing, they unloaded the bank, to get that Kanye record into a good space. Then it worked.โ€
