There seems to be a backlash towards CEO’s. Many a saying that they don’t work or contribute to the companies bottom line. Most CEO’s started out as workers and were promoted countless times due to bringing value to the company. With the final promotion being CEO.

Workers are capitalist. Drive down Main Street and count the small businesses that you see. Many of these businesses were started by a worker, such as a plumbing, HVAC or an electrical company. Of course companies are forced to pay wages. Who is going to work for free?

10 workers invest $50,000 each into a new company. Their average share of the profits is $5,000 each. Year five they hire 2 new workers who don’t invest. Now everyone’s average yearly share of the profits is $4,167. Bad for 10 original workers good for the new workers
