Letting them know that U know the valleys, hills, & struggles they R about 2 endure, or have already endured strengthens, & prepares them 4 the next inescapable trial! I'm going 2 try & tweet another of the Psalms before I fly out on Monday. Stay blessed because you certainly R!

There are so many other things that Christians can say instead of "I'm sorry for your loss." “You have my heart and support” is another, as well as, "I know it’s hard…” need you to finish that sentence.

We as Christians can do better! Why not say, "I wish you peace." That peace that surpasses all understanding! -> Philippians 4:7 That lets the bereaved know that peace is possible, and there is a lot of strength in knowing that!

But in your offer of comfort, you don’t know this because the bereaved person manages a smile, a quick hug, and probably for the 100th time successfully fights back tears in order to say, “Thank you.”

"Loss." Someone is gone, and no matter where we look we will not find them. When something is lost you don' know where it is! Everything that person was is no more. All connective ties to them are cut! The bereaved, as the survivor, is alone. And that is not so -> Hebrews 13:5!

" For” becomes the direct line connecting the bereaved’s dead to your discomfort. “Your” isolates the bereaved, effectively saying that even though you may feel compassion for them, the true loss is theirs to deal with, not yours.

Let me try & explain my dislike 4 hearing that phrase from my Christian point of view. " Sorry” sets the bereaved in a guilty space. Even when we’re in the grips of grief, we don’t want others suffering on our behalf.

There is nothing that digs deeper N2 my soul than to hear those 4 words! The phrase has become so overused there’s no way 4 it 2 B heard as anything other than a routine saying, a token gesture, & even though it means well, every word is a jab to the 1 who knows God!

In 1959, police were called to a segregated library when a Black 9-year-old boy trying to check out books refused to leave, after being told the library was not for Black people. The boy, Ronald McNair, went on to became an astronaut. The library is also now named after him.

*MJI Exclusive* Dear all The team at MJInnocent are in close contact with a Los Angeles attorney who has closely followed the case and is very familiar with the courts involved. Given everything that is going on, I know you will understand that our Source needs to remain anonymous. However, he has agreed to provide us with as much information as he is able to and to answer some questions we have. Some key points that our Source has shared with us: • It seems much more likely that the case will go to trial. There are three possible ways the case might not go to trial: (i) We win oral arguments on 26th July (however, as we know, it is very difficult to have such decisions overturned) (ii) The Supreme Court hears the case and overturns (again, as we know, the SC only hears very, very few cases) (iii) The parties reach a settlement (but the Estate has consistently said they will not settle). • They are as disappointed and surprised as we are with this ruling. However, they are confident that we have a strong case. • Regarding cameras in court, it's very difficult for our Source to comment because this is ultimately up to the judge so we will need to wait and see. However, our Source did say that it appears that most judges in California tend to favour NOT having cameras in court. I hope you will all find the above information useful. We are very grateful to our Source for taking the time to speak to us and for supporting MJInnocent in this way.

Happy July 4th, American Independence Day. For many young fans across the globe in 1980s, Michael Jackson was how they saw the USA. Journalist Natasha Fatah writes MJ was: “my first introduction to America: American music, American style, American joy and possibility."

We are going to see a lot of new and hateful Twitter pages that attack Michael's innocence. Imo, this is another subversive way to sway a jury pool. Any attention given to them is exactly what they want. Engagement is what makes a tweet "successful". Block, block, block and do not engage. #MichaelJacksonInnocent
