Promised I'd break down how the @tokenforge payout flow moves. Here's the simple version.
Step one. Money comes in.
In a securitization, a pool of receivables (think loans or invoices) pays out every month. EOS brought the know-how on managing that side.
Step two. The waterfall.
There's a strict order for who gets paid. Senior investors first, then the next layer, then the next. Usually, a team works through this by hand, and that's a big part of why it takes 30 days or more.
Step three. The smart contract does the math.
The whole payment order lives in code that @tokenforge built. Each investor's share gets calculated automatically the moment the money lands.
Step four. Payout in regulated euros.
Investors get paid in a euro stablecoin issued by AllUnity as licensed e-money, running on Stellar. It settles almost in real time.
PwC handled the concept and made sure the setup fits the EU Securitization Regulation. Every step leaves an audit trail.
So the slow part was never the money moving.
It was people checking the order by hand.
Take that out, and a month turns into a day.

"60% quorum of whom?
Any DAO can say 60%. The number's the easy part. The denominator's where it gets interesting.
I went through @axion_network DAO's governance docs to see how they handle it. Here's what's actually written.
There are two roles. Owners are wallets with an active locked AXND stake. Members are wallets holding a DAO Membership NFT. Only members can vote. Owning a stake alone doesn't give you voting rights.
Membership runs one year and you renew it, unless you hold a Founders NFT. Your first year comes with your first Accelerator stake.
Then the count. Votes are tallied by the AXND you have locked, 1 AXND = 1 vote, and the snapshot is taken when the vote opens. So as I read it, you need both. The NFT lets you in. The locked stake is what gets counted.
Now quorum. The docs say it's 'determined by proposal type.' Thresholds live in the smart contract or the proposal terms, and voting periods run something like 14 to 30 days.
So there's no single number on the page and no line saying quorum of what. Is it measured against all staked AXND, or only stake held by wallets with an active Membership? Same percentage, two different bars.
Not saying anyone's hiding it. Docs are summaries. But before I call any vote decided, I'm checking the proposal terms for the denominator.

What should be tokenized first?
That's the question our Founder and Managing Director @MoritzStumpf will discuss on the main stage at the DIGITAL ASSETS DAY by Bundesblock, part of the TUM Blockchain Conference 2026, alongside Raphael Neuberger from Cashlink, Lorenzo Rigatti from BlockInvest and Christian Million from Convista, moderated by Jessica Kreysar from Turn the Curve.
Bonds, private credit or money market funds? Some asset classes are already being tokenized at scale, others are still waiting for investors and a working secondary market. So what really decides which comes first: the technology, the regulation or the investors?
Looking forward to great conversations on site!

19 days ago I opened X and saw @tokenforge next to PwC in the same press release. I read it twice to make sure I wasn't dreaming ๐
The deal is with EOS, a big receivables management group. When they sell bundles of receivables to investors, paying those investors used to take around 30 days.
>PwC built a fix on Stellar, tokenforge was the implementation partner, and AllUnity handled the euro side as the licensed e-money issuer.
Now that payout runs in 1 day. From a month to a single day, with real money and real regulated partners.
I've been following @tokenforge since the 2021 testnet, so seeing the team land something like this genuinely makes me happy. Still smiling about it three weeks later ๐ต

The first time I saw the name @Oceanpoint_BST , I had no clue what it was.
So I did a bit of digging. Every page I opened kept coming back to one word. Tokenization.
That's the corner of crypto I spend most of my time in, so I kept reading. And the deeper I went, the further back the story went. All the way to 2018.
In 2018 the ICO party was over. Prices dropped every week and people started calling it crypto winter. A lot of projects were gone by summer.
That same year, the team behind @Oceanpoint_BST started tokenizing real estate under the name Blocksquare. Nobody on CT was talking about RWA. It was just a small team doing paperwork in a bear market, which sounds like the least fun job in crypto ๐
They stayed through the quiet years and the 2022 crash, when lots of teams left. Most of that time went into work you never see, like making sure each token is legally tied to a real building.
What they're building now goes after the next problem, which is selling. You can own a slice of a building today, but when you want your money back, you need someone who wants that exact slice.
Their plan is a token called POINT. You swap your property tokens into one shared pool, then out into stablecoins like USDC. It's not live yet, so I'm keeping an eye on it for now.
I don't know if POINT will work. I just trust a team that started in a winter more than one that showed up last month.
Would you have bet on tokenized real estate in 2018?

Thank you for showing up with a world-class strike ๐ฅ
We won 2-0 today. I scored the goal that sealed it.
My legs are finished. But I'm still smiling ๐
The tournament was put together by a @ofc_the_club super fan.
So after the match I sat down and read what @OFC__Africa is about. I thought it was another fan token thing. It's not, really.
You know @ofc_the_club
It's the app you open for scores and highlights. Over 200 million fans use it every month. You read, you scroll, you close it. Nothing comes back to you.
OFC wants that time to count. And the easiest way I can explain it is with football.
โฝ First, you get a FanPass.
Think of it like your player registration card. It gives you a football name, and there's a wallet inside it. For a lot of people there's no seed phrase to deal with. Good, because nobody at my pitch today wants to hear "seed phrase" ๐
โฝ Then there's your FanScore.
That's your player rating. You build it with XP when you read news, make predictions, check in or finish quests. Better rating, better rewards.
โฝ And the quests pay out $OFC, which runs on Base, straight into your FanPass wallet. Think of it as your match bonus.
Now this is the part that got me. There's a quest called "Benched."
You don't play. You don't do anything. You just hold $OFC.
So while I was on the pitch sweating for a goal, someone out there was completing a quest from the bench. Football is unfair sometimes ๐
What I actually respect is that it's not tied to one club. Normal fan tokens rise and fall with one team. If your club has a bad season, you suffer twice.
Here it's your fandom that counts. Arsenal, Chelsea, Super Eagles, it doesn't matter.
And it's not only online. There are meetups in Lagos, friendlies, and tournaments like the one I played in today.
They call it "Passion Pays."
Today mine paid in a goal โฝ
