FCCPC is effective with complaints brought to them. I lodged a complaint on behalf of my client and got positive response in less than 10 days. Yesterday, FCCPC called me again to ask if it had been resolved. They are doing well! Kudos to the Head of FCCPC and the staff.👏🏾
