The judge just kicked the Tyler Robinson trial date decision to November 9. No date set. Defense is still demanding LATE 2029. Prosecution said they can be ready next year. Erika’s lawyer called it what it is! Justice delayed is not justice. Time is the defense’s best ally. The longer it’s delayed the better it is for them, and everyone knows that. The evidence is already on the table. Stop the stalling. Set the date!

My personal opinion regarding Honest Ash. 👇 I disagree with Honest Ash on Erika Kirk and a multitude of other things. That doesn’t mean I’m ready to write her off. People can be wrong on major issues and still show they’re capable of correcting course when the evidence is clear. Writing someone off entirely the moment they cross the isle and begin engaging, in good faith assumes they’ll never change on anything else, and it removes any incentive for them to try. She was a major Mitch Snow advocate until she actually looked into what the rest of us had been saying. Once she saw the pattern of lies, she publicly called him a liar, apologized for claims she’d previously made based on him, and stuck to it. She also correctly pointed out that one-off Google Trends spikes on low-volume terms are statistical noise, not evidence. These stances have cost her nearly 2,000 followers, friends, and nonstop mockery and harassment from people she used to respect (and who used to respect her). Charlie said the weak can never forgive. That forgiveness is an attribute of the strong, and that the only way out of the labyrinth of suffering is to forgive. He also warned that when you stop having a human connection with someone you disagree with, it becomes much easier to dehumanize them. If she’s already shown she can change course once she sees the truth on Mitch, permanently alienating her makes it less likely she ever changes on anything else. An olive branch doesn’t require agreement. It just means not burning the bridge while someone’s still crossing it.
