CS Mbadi telling Luos (in Dholuo) of the unconstitutional power Ruto and he enjoy over our national resources!!!
"...Here in Kenya, it is only the president who has power to allocate resources. The only other person, after the president, who has power to allocate resources is me. The rest of your leaders are beggars..." ~ Mbadi
You will not hear many of the current presidential candidates condemn this because they are dying to get there to enjoy similar powers.

"Defeating a candidate does not dissolve the coalition, grievances or interests that sustained him"
Replying to @gb_decarvalho
Lula won 51.79% against Flávio Bolsonaro's 48.21%, a margin of 4.43 million votes. That is a clear victory. It also leaves almost 60 million voters behind his opponent. Defeating a candidate does not dissolve the coalition, grievances or interests that sustained him. 2/...

Lula's victory is deeply personal for me. Above all, I feel relief: Brazil has prevented the far right from returning to the presidency, alongside a strengthened right in Congress. But the result also exposes challenges facing democracies far beyond Brazil. 1/....

If you ever doubted the capacity for youth movements to bring about change Serbia has the proof of concept for you.
Their student movement just defeated the establishment in the snap parliamentary elections with a party filled with outsider candidates...

The day I heard @edwinsifuna address this infront of Raila in Kakamega July 2025, aki ya Mungu I knew he was the chosen one.
This is long before he became a presidential candidate. He has been very consistent
There is a generation born between 1965-1979 called the gen x ,that doesn't get the recognition they deserve as the architects of the problems Kenyans are facing . This is the generation that found 100% university funding and ready government jobs . This are the people who were hired into the civil service with just form 6 certificates .
This people are fiercely tribal , corrupt and religious at the same time . This people climbed the ladder and cut it below them to make sure nobody climbs it. With the help of millenials they have made existence unbearable to everyone else. This is the generation that will not leave a job even if they become billionaires .

Imagine exploring different neighbourhoods before physically visiting a property.
Would you use it?

The problem isn’t that AI is intelligent. It isn’t. The problem is that too many adults (but not all) are at once mechanistic, imitative, unimaginative, stupid, formulaic, influenceable, & gullible, arrogant beyond their skill set, & too expensive to maintain.
