Back on our home patch today @ryeharbour_NR Lucky to see a Crimson Speckled moth at western end of reserve, just off the beach reserve. Was pleased to see it land and pause as very tricky to find on stones otherwise! @SussexWildlife @BCSussex @autumnwatch

So this very green-yellow little one landed on my husband's knee yesterday 馃槸 after this gentle moment he's no longer sure it's a Willow Warbler, anyone know more about Greenish Warbler identification please? @Britnatureguide @ryeharbour_NR @SussexWildlife @BTO_Sussex
Finally managed to spot the pair we've been hearing but not seeing in a neighbour's fir tree. Usually visit with a group of blue tits and long-tailed tits. We're thinking Willow Warbler? @ryeharbour_NR @BTO_Sussex #BirdsSeenIn2022

Tense moment this evening @ryeharbour_NR watching a Common Ringed Plover calling its chick to safety as the Marsh Harrier passed over. In pic 3 it's just squeezing under the adult's wing! #BirdsSeenIn2022 @BBCSpringwatch @SussexWildlife @Team4Nature
