Push back against NSA Spying. It doesn't require congress or the courts to stop them.

Thomas Jefferson told us "the ground of liberty is to be gained by inches." And each step needs to be followed by another. We see this happening against mass, warrantless surveillance in Utah - and this should be copied everywhere. @michaelboldin youtube.com/watch?v=vOAMFK8E…

Whether it's facial recognition, automated license plate readers, drones, cell site simulators - or anything else - the tools that local law enforcement uses to conduct mass, warrantless surveillance are often paid for - in full or part - with stolen money. Federal "taxes"

Americans will continue to be surveillance targets unless the people stop waiting, hoping, begging for government to stop doing things it shouldn't have been doing in the first place. Like warrantless surveillance.
Americans will continue to be surveillance targets unless government officials stop treating Americans as suspects first and citizens second. fal.cn/3AEin #CenturyOfSurveillance

Corrupt beyond repair. Thomas Jefferson warned us that too much centralized power would lead to "corruption, plunder and waste." Nailed it.

This bipartisan attack on your liberty is one of the most egregious attacks on the constitution in history. A few years ago at a Restore the 4th panel in Glendale, CA - we warned that nullification would be the only way to stop this. And after all the elections and lawsuits failed, we'd hope the people calling us "neoconfederates" would see the light and get some shit done.
FISA 702 warrantless surveillance is an egregious assault on liberty and a blatant violation of the Fourth Amendment. Congress + Bush authorized it. Congress + Obama reauthorized it. Congress + Trump reauthorized it. Congress + Biden want to reauthorize it. We must defeat it.

5 Senators object to new #facialrecognition methods at US airports. The government is beginning to “harvest”data for the digital ID program that is expected to roll out in 2025. Video: youtu.be/Q0JtF-nPRuY via @YouTube #privacy #surveillance

The breadth of this warrantless surveillance program continues to grow, and the FBI continues to break the rules put in place to protect Americans. This must end. Tell Congress it’s time to reform Section 702 or let it expire. action.aclu.org/send-message…

ALPR databases now contain billions of license plate scans and they’re growing fast. This empowers governments to not just track and profile you, but also to use AI as a dystopian pre-crime tool to target people based on driving patterns. @michaelboldin youtube.com/watch?v=ZdCiJBtE…

4 Republicans & 4 Democrats are teaming up to prevent federal law enforcement & intelligence agencies from using a loophole to warrantlessly collect citizens’ personal data. Personal data, as in, where you are at any given moment. ⁦@WarrenDavidson⁩ based-politics.com/2023/07/1…

But this is how the government treats it. And it will continue to as long as the people let them get away with it.
