Shame on this Government for such discriminatory PLI Scheme. Punjab National Bank paid PLI of Rs 320 Crore to 1 lakh employees up to Scale III and Rs 250 Crore to 3888 executives in FY 2024-25. This is Unconstitutional financial discrimination with majority of the hardworking field functionaries. Who are bringing actual Business. Team We Bankers demands to amend this Discriminatory PLI SCHEME and give equal PLI amount to all irrespective of Bank Rank/Cadre.

When employers (especially in the banking or public sector) arbitrarily modify or distribute performance incentives, it can be legally challenged by employee unions. Discrimination in these financial schemes violates:
Article 14 (Right to Equality): Prohibits the state from denying equality before the law, making arbitrary or unreasonable classifications in who receives the incentive.
Article 16 (Equality of Opportunity): Guarantees equal opportunity in public employment. Excluding certain employee scales or roles unfairly from an incentive scheme violates this right.
Article 21 (Protection of Life and Liberty): Protects the right to livelihood, which courts often interpret as encompassing fair and non-discriminatory compensation practices.

कानूनन किसी भी Disinvestment के लिए Valuation होना चाहिए। IDBI के मामले में ये Valuation 94.42 रुपए प्रति शेयर तय हुआ।
Valuation तय होने के बाद Bidder मंगवाए गए- लेकिन इसमें सिर्फ Fairfax का नाम ही सामने आया।
नियम कहता है- टेंडर खुलने के बाद प्रॉपर्टी का Valuation तय नहीं हो सकता, लेकिन इस केस में टेंडर खुलने के बाद Valuation 94.42 रुपए प्रति शेयर को रिजेक्ट कर दिया गया। फिर इसे घटाकर 75 रुपए प्रति शेयर कर दिया गया।
IDBI के बारे में राहुल गांधी जी ने जो सवाल उठाए, उनमें से किसी का जवाब सरकार द्वारा नहीं दिया गया।
RBI का नियम है- अगर कोई एक व्यक्ति किसी बैंक में 50% से ज्यादा स्टेक लेकर कंट्रोल करता है तो वही व्यक्ति दूसरे बैंक में कंट्रोल नहीं ले सकता।
लेकिन Fairfax के केस में मोदी के करीबी को ढील दी गई। मोदी सरकार ने कह दिया कि अभी IDBI बैंक ले लो और फिर दो साल में दूसरे बैंक में स्टेक 50% से नीचे कर लेना।

अब वही सबूत बाड़मेर के आदमी ने RTI से मांगे तो तुम्हारी आंते ऐंठने लगीं।
अगर जन शक्ति जन भागीदारी हुई है तो फ़ोटो और डेटा दिखाओ वरना इस अख़बार पे कार्यवाही करो।

Bhai Chandra sahab ke ₹22,000 crores maaf nahi karte to India mein UPI agle 20 saal tak free chal jaata by government’s number of ₹8,000 crores subsidy.
Also NPCI - which runs UPI has ₹6,119 hard cash on its balance sheet and pre tax operating profit of ₹1,900 crores. NPCI apne cash pe and profits par zindagi bhar UPI free chala sakti hai. Government ka kuchh lena dena hi nahi hai. Government earned ₹1,000 crores tax from NPCI last year.
