When I first saw this post, the hair caught my attention. Hazels (@0xhazels) introduces Sora with five lines. Wrapped knuckles. Identity: Classified. A scar on the knee. Short hair, shaved at the nape. Speaks the least. Trusted the most. Then the Hazels #696 card underneath says "Dark Chocolate Low Tied Long," while the artwork shows a long ponytail. The text says short hair. The card says long. I'm not calling it a mistake, I'm just noticing it. The card gives us the traits and the rank. The post does the opposite: it leads with the description and shows the traits after. Everything from here is my reading. Even the closing line, "Falling is not defeat. Staying down is," feels like part of how Hazels wants us to understand Sora. The Studio footer says "Fall seven times, rise the eighth," and the 01 / 08 makes the sequence interesting, although I won't assume what the other seven characters are until Hazels shows them. Then comes the mint. Hazels' countdown post says: "This is not the mint. It's the beginning." So I keep coming back to one question: When you hold a Hazels piece, what part of Sora are you actually holding? The traits you can see, or the character Hazels introduced before the NFT?
