Bethlehem, the traditional birthplace of Jesus, lies in the West Bank under Palestinian Authority administration. A child born there today to local parents would typically receive Palestinian identity documents and passport from the PA, making the nationality Palestinian.
Historically Jesus was a Jew in Roman Judea; modern citizenship categories did not exist then.
