How to replace your entire video editing team with Grokbot computer use and "group chats" Two 8-figure founders DM'd me and said they already implemented it from my last tweet. And because I've received 10+ DMs about this tutorial... I decided to start from zero and build this Grokbot + StefanBrain workflow from the ground up. And showcase the exact copy-paste process you can use too... across ANY Grokbot + SB workflow. Make sure you watch to the end to see these use cases: - Automate end-to-end video editing and generation - Use CapCut or Premiere Pro + Grokbot groupchats + skills for expert editing - Stitch multiple videos together and keep outputs consistent inside SB's video editor - Overlay new audio (e.g., different language audio OR song ad from Suno) inside SB VidGen **Comment/RT and I'll send you the full setup prompt I use in the video.**
A StefanBrain user scaled to $2M/mo using Grokbot to generate videos… All with computer use. And he gets way better results… because Grokbot doesn’t make human prompting mistakes. It uploads all the right reference images, structures the prompt properly. And most importantly, it creates a skill to do it all - completing that feedback loop. I believe this is the way AI is going. You have one simple UI. And it orchestrates all your agents. Grokbot, Hermes, doesn’t matter what you use. What matters most is that the AI model you choose understands your intent to a tee. And from there, it controls your Claude Code, your Codex… Hell, it will probably control your email, your Notion, your ClickUp, your Loom. Not even through MCP, but through your computer. Any task that you can do on a computer that is repetitive (EVEN PROMPTING) will be done by the AI. You are simply going to align yourself and your orchestrator to do that work together. You won’t need to sift through 10s of open chats to find the one where you worked on something. And if understanding intent is the most important part. It also means that prompting = skill [issue] once again. But not with 20,000 characters and hundreds of constraints like AI usually does. Prompt flexibility is what I like to call it. And it’s basically just prompting AI like a human does… Brain dump. Let the AI get all the context (contextmaxx). Have it ask you questions. Don’t try to have it one shot your task in one go. That’s how our team and our users are moving at terminal velocity, using AI in marketing.

you can make this 80s VHS news ad for about $2 an anchor, a field reporter, and 3 strangers, all raving about the same collagen it looks like a tape someone found in their parents' attic quick workflow: - every frame from nano banana 2.1 inside google flow, completely free. prompted as a "frame grab from 1986 betacam tape": flat bright TV lighting, deep focus, people caught mid-word - talking clips on WAN 3.0 at 480p. the VHS grade softens everything anyway, so you get the look for pennies - pulled the audio off a real 80s news clip, measured it, and matched every voice to it. thin, boxy, a little muffled, with tape hiss underneath - station bug, lower thirds and the VCR "PLAY" open all built in code the nostalgia does the selling. nobody scrolls past their childhood TV RT + reply 'VHS' and i'll send you the full workflow (must follow so i can DM)
opus 5.5 + google flow is CRACKED this whole JUBILEE style debate ad took about $1 of flow credits and is made entirely by claude code from scratch every talking shot came out of google flow. every frame came out of my ChatGPT. i never opened an editor. approved the frames, gave a few notes on pacing, done how it got built: - claude tore down a reference clip frame by frame - scraped how people actually argue about glp-1s online and wrote the script in their words ("you didn't earn it", "food noise") - turned real show frames into 3 completely new people, one image edit each - every talking shot is omni on google flow - pauses jump-cut out, captions, fine print and end card all done by claude the format works because nobody scrolls past two people arguing. RT + reply 'DEBATE' and i'll send you the full workflow (must follow so i can DM)

zack d style ads shoot the scenes you could never afford this whole 43 second ad is ONE generation a full plane of sleeping passengers and a 10 hour flight, and i didn't book a location or a single actor i gave it the product + the script and it planned every shot itself a real shoot like this means renting a cabin set and paying a cast to sit in it an animator would want $500-1,500 for the cartoon version the guy keeps the same face from takeoff to landing, which is where other tools fall apart i'm giving away the whole system: > full zack d ads from a single generation > the claude prompt that builds the story for you > naming your product so it's in every shot > turning one script into 10 different ads rt + comment "FLIGHT" and i'll send it (gotta be following so i can dm)

OPUS 5.5 just made an entire animated ad by itself for $0 no image generation. no video generation. no editing completely one-shotted by OPUS 5.5 inside claude code i tested it on RYZE mushroom coffee with a single prompt, and then i just waited what it did on its own: - researched the product, the audience and the angle - wrote the script and built the storyboard - pulled the real product images straight from the web - produced the voiceover and the captions itself - rendered the finished ad, ready to post you don't need a stack of paid AI tools anymore. opus 5.5 handles the whole production end to end RT + reply 'OPUS' and i'll send you the complete workflow (must follow so i can DM)

opus 5.5 is CRACKED for ai drama ads pocket fm runs 40 minute story ads that stay live for 4+ months i pulled their 199 longest runners and turned the whole format into a claude skill for ecom products drop a product link and it hands you a 3-6 min drama script, plus every image and seedance prompt to make it what it actually does: - digs through reviews, comments and deal-site threads, then builds a bank of real customer lines so the dialogue sounds like your actual buyer - remixes premises that already ran 100+ days (the secret heir, the family mistake, rejected then chosen) into your buyer's world - every concept runs on life force 8 stakes, so the story holds up even with the product taken out - your product slides in softly once they're already hooked - storyboard first, then paste-ready nanobanana pro stills and seedance 2.5 clips with character lock tested it on RYZE mushroom coffee and wrote a thanksgiving taste-test drama with zero health claims RT + reply 'DRAMA' and i'll send you the skill + the full playbook (must follow so i can DM)
HOLY SH*T... i just cracked organic traffic at scale built a reaction hook generator from my personal SWIPE file, then mined 1,000+ REAL viral reaction clips (with their actual stats) to make it hit even harder upload your product link, it researches it, locks a sharp audience identity, and one-shots the entire reaction clip using seedance 2.5 quick workflow: - give it a product link or a plain description - it locks a sharp identity, "dog dads," not "pet owners" - matches 1 of 6 proven hook formats, for physical products it defaults to the classic "walked into the store and found this" angle - writes 5-8 on-screen hook lines to test against each other - one-shots the whole reaction clip in a single seedance 2.5 generation best used to hit organic traffic: dropshipping, affiliate offers, promoting your app RT + reply 'HOOK' and i'll send you the skill (must follow so i can DM)

Your upsell flow can change the direction of your brand Its the one part in your funnel that can take you from 10k a month to 300k very quickly Let me explain A brand with no upsell flow is leaving so much AOV on the table And when you increase your AOV by 2x You don’t just start making more money with your current spend You can start scaling very aggressively Because the break even CAC also increased If you want a breakdown of the upsell flow that took a brand to 8 figures per month in rev Comment upsell + rt and I will send it to you (must be following)

google omni + podcast ugc is getting ridiculous this magnesium ad looks almost indistinguishable from an actual podcast clip two creators natural back and forth matched voices tiny reactions real pauses product worked into the conversation without killing the vibe and the whole thing starts from one workflow prompt creator synchronized edited final i give omni the angle, build the two creators, generate the conversation and the final thing comes back looking like they genuinely sat down and talked about taking magnesium before bed this format is especially nasty for health + wellness because it doesn’t feel like someone reading an ad it feels like you just landed halfway through a conversation and that makes the product mention hit completely differently so f*ck it, i’m giving away the whole workflow how i generate realistic two-person podcast ads the exact prompt structure i use for omni how i keep both creators consistent across cuts how i sync dialogue, reactions and captions automatically the conversation structure that stops it feeling scripted my starting-image rules for getting outputs this real rt + comment “podcast” and i’ll send it (follow for dm)

google's omni model + 90 second podcast ugc is actually unfair this entire 94 second conversation is ONE generation i wrote the back and forth, hit generate, and never touched it again the hand movements and eye contact come out right automatically with this setup, and that's what every other ai video gets wrong nothing else in my account converts like these and i've still not seen another brand run one so f*ck it, i'm giving away the whole system: > the full build, script to finished podcast, about 5 mins > how i get 90+ second videos from 1 generation, no editing > the claude prompt that stops dialogue reading as written > the image setup that decides whether it looks real rt + comment "94" if you want the full system, and i'll send it (gotta be following me so i can dm)

i've been testing Claude Fable / Mythos 5.1 + Opus 5.0 + GPT Image 2.0 + Seedance 2.5 to cook ALL our winning Meta ads inside 1 conversation... and it has been ABSOLUTELY cooking so i've decided to document the ENTIRE workflow of producing 100 winning Meta ad creatives in 30min... covering the setup, research, image gen, animation, copy, and test structure to take a creative batch from 0 to launch in a single afternoon as a service based business here's what's included inside the guide: → Fable / Mythos 5.1 + Opus 5.0 setup (which model does the thinking vs which one runs the account) → phase 1, market research + angle development (master brief that returns 7 ad angles ranked by differentiation, top 3 expanded into hook variations) → phase 2, image generation with GPT Image 2.0 (3 variations per angle in under 90 seconds) → phase 3, scroll-stop animation with Seedance 2.5 (static to cinematic motion. first 0.5s stops the scroll) → phase 4, the copy stack (loss aversion, authority + specificity, contrarian, identity) → phase 5, 7-day test campaign structure (day 3 signals, day 7 kill and scale, the 3 highest-probability winners to launch first) all backed by $10M+ generated through Meta ads funnels. like + comment "COOK" and i'll send it over (must be following + RT for priority access)

$200–$500 per animated ad gets expensive fast when you want testing volume so we built a framework to generate ai animated ads like this not just random pretty scenes actual ad structure: hook → problem → visual explanation → payoff that means you can turn one angle into a full animated creative with story, pacing, captions and retention built in this is one of the best formats i’ve found for making boring offers feel watchable so i’m giving away the framework: how i structure the script how i map each scene how i prompt the visuals how i turn it into a finished ad rt + comment “animated” and i’ll send it (follow for dm)

You can build a profitable DTC ecom brand with under $50K upfront and be doing $1M+/month within 18 months and nobody talks about how repeatable the actual formula is. Here's the exact sequence: Month 1: Pick a category with 80%+ gross margin potential. Supplements, vitamins, wellness. Validate demand before spending a dollar on product. Month 2: Find a manufacturer with under 8 week lead times. Non-negotiable. Long lead times kill your cash flow before you ever scale. Month 3: Launch with influencer cohorts of 25-50 creators. Expect 10% to convert profitably. Kill the rest fast. Whitelist the winners as paid ads. Month 4: 20-40% of your paid budget runs behind influencer-sourced creative. Your CAC drops. Your ROAS climbs. Month 6: Build your subscription model. Lock in recurring revenue. Every subscriber is compounding LTV you don't have to re-acquire. Month 12: You have 80% gross margins, a retention machine, and a repeatable acquisition system. Month 18: $1M+/month is not a prediction. It's math. Results from applying this exact system: Without it: Random influencer outreach, no whitelisting, no subscription. Revenue flat. Margins crushed. With the full system: 50 long term influencer partners on retainer. 20-40% of paid budget behind whitelisted creative. Subscription revenue compounding monthly. $103M ARR. $260M exit. The formula isn't complicated. Most people just never see it laid out clearly. Comment "PLAYBOOK" and I'll DM it to you **must be following + retweet

I hosted a $260M+ Ecom Masterclass in front of 12K followers. How we generated $100M+ in annual revenue fully bootstrapped. 30 minutes long. Every step laid out. Usually reserved for operators paying $10K+/month to access me directly. BUT I'm releasing the full recording FREE for the next 24 hours. What I revealed: How we went from $0 to $103M in annual revenue without raising a single dollar The exact influencer system that drove growth — 500+ creators tested, 50 on retainer for 3+ years The unit economics framework every DTC brand needs before spending a dollar on ads How we structured subscription from day one and why it made the $260M exit possible What's covered: The 80% gross margin target and exactly how to hit it How to whitelist influencer creative and cut your paid CAC in half The CFO hire that changed everything — why cash visibility is a growth function How we ran the acquisition process and closed at $260M on December 23rd DELETING IN 24 HOURS Comment "MASTERCLASS" and I'll DM you the link **must be following + retweet
