I’m really over the: “the WCWS isn’t fair bc OU has home field advantage” narrative.
OU isn’t good just bc there’s 10K fans there cheering for them.

4-star EDGE Danny Okoye visited OU today. Afterwards, he joined The Rush to talk about his recruitment:
“After last season I started doing more research into what they’re doing, how they were rebuilding from that season. I was talking to people they were recruiting, people who were committed, people who were committed and transferred out, people who had been playing there for a long time. I talked to recruiting analysts, I talked to journalists, I studied the spring game they just had. After all of that I decided that maybe it would be in my best interests to open the communication.” @itsdanielokoye

Handling historic feats is nothing new to OU softball.
As the Sooners are just four wins away from tying the NCAA D1 record for consecutive wins, JT Gasso says the team isn’t worried about the record. @OU_Softball

Bob Stoops isn’t concerned with OU softball handling a historic winning streak in the postseason.
Coach Stoops told The Rush he sees a team that just enjoys playing.
“They don’t have that gene. They just enjoy playing that much.” @CoachBobStoops @OU_Softball
