This was me as a kid and 50% of it was caused by Thomas the tank engine and brave little toaster. But then I’d also feel bad for random inanimate objects like houses. In my adult life I found a healthy outlet for these feelings by preserving antiques :)

On 4th November 1968, Ingenieur Minard (formerly Nomadic) carried passengers for the last time (Queen Elizabeth passengers). Following the 'retirement' of Queen Mary & Queen Elizabeth, Ingenieur Minard was also retired after 57 years of loyal service. #Titanic
