#ASTRO24 A post-hoc unplanned pooled Analysis of COU-AA-302 and ACIS Trials exploring the impact of prior local therapy on Tx response and OS of men with mCRPC was presented by @Omar__Azem The key takeaways of this presentation were: 🚩1,132 received prior LT (RP/ RT), 22% had RP, 30% had RP + RT, and 48% RT 🚩In this meta-analysis, No significantly compromised treatment effects (OS) from 1LARPI in pts with prior LT was observed 🚩No interaction between prior LT modality and risk of rPFS or OS @urotoday @ASTRO_org
