We had to lose eventually and every team has issues (the Seahawks just lost to a Broncos team we crushed). It's any given Sunday in the league and we thankfully gave ourselves a cushion by winning early. But having every weakness show up at once is just very glaring and rough.

The Washington Commanders scored 33 points on this team. The 49'ers scored 32. Hell even the Chargers put up 23.
The defense has had its issues tonight but they've also bailed us out of this potentially being way worse. Still it's frustrating that every offense knows they can spam TE/RB flats and screens and we just don't reliably have answers for it. It's like having a QB Easy button.
Started the night conservative and it's been biting us ever since. In a game with limited possessions you've turned down three separate 4th and shorts in plus territory and you're gonna be out of time to do anything about it.
The Chiefs have won three super bowls so it's dumb to say they NEVER come out for big games. But I've watched this lack of energy matching too many times throughout the Reid era and it's just really frustrating.

To be fair, no one has had much of an answer for JSN. But putting washed Sneed and your rookie CB on islands against him seems less than desirable.
Every coach on Kansas City's sideline knows more about football than I ever will so if they think Sneed is the best option despite what's right in front of their face then I'm just not gonna waste my energy complaining.
Mahomes has been bad tonight. Seattle is making plays and Emmanwori is a demon and all that but 15 is just missing guys all over the field.
Chiefs defensive issues are just rinse and repeat. Can't reliably get off the field on 3rd down. Can't reliably get pressure or finish sacks with four which means they have to blitz and get exposed for explosives on the backend.
