Saying there’s no reason to buy Bitcoin because anyone can create a cryptocurrency is like saying there’s no reason to learn English because anyone can invent a language.

WHY IS THERE SO MUCH POLITICAL CHAOS IN WESTERN SOCIETY? If you can read and do math at a ~high school level, you can understand most of the information on these slides. If not, ask your favorite AI tool to explain this content to you at whatever level of educational attainment you have achieved to date. Most importantly, share this post/content with as many would-be voters as possible ahead of every election henceforth. The immiseration that you and your family increasingly feel WILL NOT END until Main Street Republicans and Main Street Democrats stop arguing with each other and start directing our COLLECTIVE ire at the Tyranny of the Privileged Few. 1 Timothy 6:10: For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. Jesus Christ and I love you, —Skipper 💜
I feel one of the biggest issues is the average American doesn't know how to articulate what you just said. They know something is wrong/unfair but they don't understand exactly what.

Answer: By amplifying my message that our country’s formerly sound campaign finance regulations have been deliberately dismantled by many bad people to support the siphoning of income from the masses to the elites.

“Willful participant” means what? That we go to work every day? That we don’t know how to affect change in a system rigged to marginalize all small voices? How do we avoid being a willful participant?

🚨Out of the 11 women who tie Donald Trump to Epstein’s sex trafficking operation, 5 of them—Beatrice Keul, Stacey Williams, Jill Harth, Katie Johnson, and a Jane Doe—have directly accused Trump of raping or sexually assaulting them in Epstein’s company or direct physical presence: • Beatrice Keul credibly alleges that Trump violently raped her at a November 1993 pageant at the Plaza Hotel in New York City and that Epstein, Trump, and others used this pageant as a “hunting ground” to prey on vulnerable young women and girls; • Stacey Williams, who offered a detailed and corroborated account of Trump sexually assaulting her in the early 1990s while she was alone with him and Epstein in an office at Trump Tower; • Jill Harth, who has also publicly detailed Trump aggressively pursuing and violently sexually assaulting her and another woman in 1994 at a Mar-a-Lago party where Epstein and Trump were the only men present; • Katie Johnson, who gave FBI a detailed account of her repeated rape at the hands of Trump and Epstein in 1994 in New York City when she was a minor; • A Jane Doe, who offered FBI a graphic account of Trump assaulting her when she was a minor in the mid-1980s in New York by forcibly pushing her head down to his exposed penis. Beyond these direct allegations of physical assault, three survivors speak of encounters with Trump whose circumstances indicate that he was a participant in Epstein’s crimes, as shown by how Epstein and his accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, tried to make (or made) these women available for sex. •Two Epstein survivors, “Jane” and “Kate”, told FBI that either Epstein or Maxwell seemingly offered them up to Trump for the purposes of sex or indicated their availability. Jane and Kate were deemed so credible that federal prosecutors called them to testify as government witnesses, subject to probing cross- examination, against Ghislaine Maxwell at her criminal trial. • Another survivor, Maria Farmer, described how Epstein had to actively prevent Trump from preying on her late at night after Trump confused her with a teenage girl potentially victimized by Epstein.
🚨BREAKING: Rep. Jamie Raskin released a new Committee staff report detailing evidence involving 11 women, five of whom directly accuse Donald Trump of rape or sexual assault in Jeffrey Epstein’s close company or presence. The report concludes that, based on the available evidence and witness testimony, Trump and Paolo Zampolli, who until recently served as a senior Trump Administration official and diplomat, may have been co-conspirators in Jeffrey Epstein’s conspiracy to traffic and abuse young women in the 1990s. These stories are united by time, place, and the distinct factual similarities in how Trump and Epstein pursued, manipulated, and abused these women. With one exception, these accounts of sexual assault and conspiracy involve episodes that took place between 1992 and 1997 in New York City and Palm Beach, at a time when Trump and Epstein were “close friends” and participated in a shadowy subculture organized around young female modeling. Witnesses speak consistently of modeling pageants and parties where young women and girls were forced into predatory situations and routinely taken advantage of, abused, and raped. They give similar accounts of the competitive and sinister relationship between Epstein and Trump and how it was channeled into their shared pursuit of young women.

We all know Trump is the wordy kind of human…. It’s just that maga doesn’t care.
BREAKING: House Judiciary Democrats just released a 50-page report alleging Trump was an “active participant” in Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual abuse of young women in the mid-to-late 1990s. The report, titled “The Case Against Donald Trump Emerging in the Epstein Files and DOJ’s Desperate Efforts to Cover It Up,” cites five women who accused Trump of rape or sexual assault in Epstein’s company and calls for an independent special counsel to investigate the president, co-conspirators, and what Democrats describe as the Justice Department’s cover-up under AG Todd Blanche.

Today, there was a statement from the President of the United States that an energy ceasefire has been secured. This is good news for everyone – and it is important that it become reality. Unfortunately, Ukrainian skies have been infested with Russian “shaheds” all day today. There have been glide bomb strikes and strikes on our energy infrastructure too. A power plant in Kharkiv was attacked this evening. Overall, this past week alone, the Russians have carried out more than 200 strikes on our electricity generation and transmission facilities in Ukraine, and another 17 strikes this week targeted gas and oil facilities. They have killed more than 150 of our people, and more than 700 people have been wounded. Ukraine has proposed many de-escalatory steps. Putin had one answer to all of them – “nyet.” We do hope that he will finally say something to America, Ukraine, and the entire world that will lead to a real and dignified peace. Ukraine wants peace. The question is whether Russia does. The Armed Forces of Ukraine have received all the appropriate orders. We are awaiting clear details of the dialogue between America and Russia – and we expect Putin to follow through on what President Trump said.

This slaps. I’m older than Mr Livingston but fully reflect his sentiment on corporate inefficiencies. The bigger they are the more they scheme new quarterly improvements that render yesteryears improvements moot and resemble a ship sailing a 10 year journey with a new captain every three year who changes direction.
I was in the right place at the right time, and lived the right life experiences to fully ingest the Saylor pill in 2024. MicroStrategy buying Bitcoin in 2020 was an act of capital allocation, and a bold one at that. It will always seem more obvious as time goes on and as Bitcoin adoption continues to proliferate, but at the time it was a profound statement on the rational way to act during the age of fiat debasement. But before capital is misallocated, human attention is misallocated, and that is the fundamental experience that allowed the Bitcoin/MSTR combo to hit me like a ton of philosophical bricks. I was lucky enough to find Bitcoin during the prior decade, but I was even luckier when I worked in an unglamorous industry, where an almost unfathomable number of human hours and attention are spent to eek out additional basis points of profit. A corporation might spend thousands upon thousands of employee hours reducing unit costs by 15 basis points, negotiating supplier contracts and optimizing labor schedules, improving inventory turnover, etc... And in addition to that, a company will take out $40 million of debt to finance the build out a brick-and-mortar store in knife fight of a market, knowing it can take 10-15 years just to get the store to print a green quarterly P&L, let alone paying off the debt and ending up at breakeven before two decades pass by. I worked 100-hour weeks and sacrificed all my freedom in my early 20's. My schedule changed whenever the business demanded it. And it's funny because eventually I started noticing something peculiar. During the input process to acquire the cash flow, every penny gets scrutinized. Then the output process. Scrutinized? Hardly. The resulting profits accumulate on the balance sheet, and remarkably little intellectual labor goes to asking what that capital should own, how its purchasing power should be preserved, or even what risks the company is assuming by doing nothing. I spent my adult life fighting the entropy of the debasement age in a business that optimizes the production of capital while totally neglecting the stewardship of capital after it's produced. And then I heard about a man who was borrowing billions in fiat at near 0% rates to buy Bitcoin. Arguing against the mispriced risks everywhere honestly isn't even necessarily a matter of criticizing an investment decision. The real issue at hand is that there are entire industries with a total absence of a serious decision-making process. Consider a hypothetical company with $100 million in treasury assets. A 1% annual difference in risk-adjusted returns represents $1 million. That's potentially more consequential than hundreds of operational improvements that receive orders of magnitude more of management attention. There is an underlying economic principle that is blatantly ignored by many in this world, that attention itself is a scarce form of capital, and companies often fail to allocate enough of it to deciding how financial capital should be allocated. This creates two layers of potential inefficiency, because first you have the opportunity cost of an inferior capital decision... ...but then you have the opportunity cost of never investing the time and labor required to discover a superior decision. And that second cost is particularly insidious because it doesn't appear in accounting reports. Unfortunately, nobody books an expense for a capital allocation thesis that was never investigated. There is too much intellectual horsepower devoted to microscopic operational decisions. Corporations will spend a million dollars figuring out how to save a penny, then spend virtually nothing figuring out what to do with the dollars they saved. Another interesting thing I've noticed is how corporations have extensive processes for auditing how employees spend money. But at the same time they often devote far less comparable analytical effort to examining how the money they retain should be held over time. Holding dollars is an economic choice with assumptions about inflation, interest rates, liquidity, and opportunity cost. But the greatest inefficiency is always made before an investing decision is made, which is the decision to treat capital stewardship as something that doesn't deserve serious intellectual attention. I admired Saylor for being willing to question an assumption that thousands of corporations continue to treat as settled. And I don't expect every corporation to arrive as his same answer. But I do expect the question to deserve the same rigor we devote to earning money in the first place. The greatest waste of human labor is earning capital that nobody ever bothered to think seriously about preserving.

Unfortunately, a lot of vendors get caught up in situations like this with wealthy individuals or companies who don't pay their bills. Trump famously doesn't pay his bills & bankrupted vendors.
A Bay Area restaurant owner says Elon Musk’s SpaceX owes him $70,000 for two dinners he catered in Palo Alto. “That’s not even a penny for them,” he said. sfchronicle.com/food/restaur…
