We made a decision early: We didn't want to spend millions on ads. We wanted operators, creators, and founders to spread Pocodot naturally. Because AI-native products don't spread like old SaaS. They spread through: workflows screenshots group chats creator systems operator recommendations That's why we launched the Pocodot Creator Program. Not an affiliate program. A network of people building the future of operational leverage. The creators winning right now aren't just creators anymore. They're running media companies from their phones. Cole was built for them. pocodot.ai/creators

Handshake AI pays $150/hr to ophthalmologists to roleplay conversations they don't have. Mercor pays experts to invent prompts. Kled pays you to capture photos you wouldn't have taken. Cole users earn from work they're already doing. Pocodot.ai/contribute is live. Earn from your data.

Every e-commerce brand has money sitting in unpaid invoices. Most brand owners are too busy building to chase it. Cole tracks overdue invoices, sends reminders on WhatsApp, and makes the call when messages don't get replies. The invoice gets paid. You never had to be on the phone. pocodot.ai

Agency margins are being eaten by something that doesn't show up on any invoice. The communication overhead of managing clients. Here's what it actually costs 🧵

The hardest part of building @PocodotAI right now isn't the product. It's figuring out the North Star activation metric. With Facebook, it was 7 friends within 10 days. That number was the signal. If a user hit that, they stayed. If they didn't, they churned. One metric told them everything. We're in that search right now. We know people are using Cole. We know they love it. But we're still mapping the exact sequence of actions that predicts a user who stays versus one who drifts. With AI there are so many things you can build, so many directions you can move, that the discipline of sticking to first principles is harder than it sounds. The temptation is to build more. What we actually need is to understand the funnel we already have. It's the unsexy work. But it's the work that matters most right now.

We have a user that had a 45-day overdue invoice. She was too busy to chase it. Briefed Cole on WhatsApp — invoice number, amount, client contact. Cole sent the reminder. No reply. Cole made the call. I got a summary two hours later: "payment confirmed for Friday." I was in a meeting the entire time.

Everyone can clone your code. Not everyone can move markets. Not everyone can turn attention into momentum. In today’s landscape, utility is table stakes. Distribution is the differentiator. That’s exactly why we’re building @OneAnalog as more than a toolkit - it’s an agentic laboratory for next-gen utility and engagement. We’re not just shipping tools; we’re shaping experiences that attract attention, reward participation, and stay sticky.

Markets are loud until they aren’t. When prices stop moving, explanations stop working. What remains is whatever you built while no one was watching. At @OneAnalog , that silence was useful. Crypto and web3 have spent years bouncing between meta after meta, narrative after narrative. Somewhere along the way, the industry forgot the most basic rule of technology: build something people want. So I stepped away from the noise. Not to disengage, but to lead a reset. To be heads-down on what actually matters: building an AI-powered utility engine that produces real, repeatable value. @Firestarter_AI was the first signal. Not a feature. Not a patch. An all-in-one agentic commerce platform, designed to bring commerce into the 21st century—and into the era of AI. Firestarter V1 proved demand. Firestarter V2 made the direction clear. Commerce doesn’t need more dashboards. It needs agents. Agents that understand intent. Agents that search, decide, coordinate, and act. Jarvis for buyers. Scout for service providers. Voice and text - because real commerce is conversational, not menu-driven. Underneath this, something quieter was happening. Once agents become the interface, infrastructure becomes the differentiator. That’s why everything we build runs on Analog’s foundational rails - messaging protocols, coordination layers, and agent infrastructure that quietly powers every product. Most people won’t see it. They’ll just notice that things work differently.

Service discovery still works the same way it did years ago. We just scroll faster now. Most business data today is built to be looked at, not understood: HTML pages, star ratings, free-text reviews, phone numbers you’re supposed to call and hope someone answers. That’s fine for browsing. It breaks for delegation. The world is shifting quietly from “let me search” to “handle this for me.” That only works if service providers are legible to agents. Right now, a Google Business profile can’t reliably answer basic questions: Do you do this service? How late are you open? How much does it cost? Can I book, or do I need to call? Because the data isn’t shaped for reasoning. What agents need looks less like a webpage and more like an interface:

Most websites were designed to show things. But most visitors arrive needing answers. Once asking becomes the interface, navigation becomes a fallback. This is what we’re exploring with Jarvis - embedded directly into sites, wherever a real decision needs to be made. Early access is intentionally small. 🔥
For a long time, websites assumed visitors would browse. Menus, pages, search boxes. That made sense when the job of a site was to display information. But that’s not how people make decisions. They ask questions. Once you let people ask directly, something interesting happens. Browsing starts to feel unnecessary. This turns out to be true not just for stores, but for any site where a decision needs to be made - buying something, booking someone, figuring out fit or availability. We’ve been extending Jarvis in this direction here at @Firestarter_AI . Not as a standalone assistant, but embedded directly into sites. When someone can ask: “Is this available?” “Is this right for me?” “Can this happen by tomorrow?” The interface quietly changes from navigation to conversation. The surprising part isn’t that it works. It’s that the old interface suddenly feels dated. If you want early access to the new Jarvis widget, comment below with @Firestarter_AI or DM. We’re opening a small batch. Learn more → nukem.xyz/docs/labs/jarvis-w… Soon we’ll talk more about how payments fit into this - including how $ANLOG and stablecoins get involved. 🫡

A few weeks ago I talked about AI agents transacting via crypto rails (x402). That idea is now turning into product. Firestarter v2 ( @Firestarter_fun ) = agentic commerce. @OneAnalog is evolving into an agentic lab building execution-first automation, with crypto rails a large part of the infrastructure. When agents can act and pay natively, market structures change. Buyers and sellers both participate. Sneak peek is live (https//nukem.xyz) - token dynamics ($ANLOG) coming soon.

I’ll say it till the cows come home: @Firestarter_fun utility-driven tokens (powered by @OneAnalog ) chart differently. The patterns simply don’t behave the same as non-utility ones. IYKYK $ANLOG frens. While the outside markets look unfriendly, folks seek safe harbor in ours.
