Anyone needing to look for a lender; do not choose these guys @RocketOTD .They're crooked . The guy tried his hardest to get me to sign for the loan before underwriting and appraisal was even done. And it was crap numbers nothing what he even promised. I would have been screwed

So there's some rumors going around and I see that it's actually starting to happen Roblox is monitoring to YouTube and other platforms to see who content creators are.... And they're punishing those creators. So if you do Roblox content I'd be careful
