One of the worst brands for customer service. Defective products sold and then not supported. You are not allowed to reach head of customer service to report the incompetent service provided.

@MieleUSA I wish Miele would return my calls regarding my malfunctioning ice maker. This looks like a stalagmite growing in the freezer's ice container. Miele tried to fix it, but the problem has persisted for more than a year.

@MieleUSA Bad Customer Treatment After years of service calls, stretches of time hand washing dishes, all major components, motherboard replaced twice a technician finally found my dishwasher unrepairable. Still it took many angry calls, emails for Miele to replace my dishwasher.

Miele I hope it lasts longer than my coffee maker. 2 pounds of coffee and it quit. Customer service agent was very disrespectful. Supposedly Tom G is a Quality Assurance Coordinator. Well he was rude and talked over me for 29 minutes. Then hung up on me. @MieleUSA
