Love & light. I admitted at one of their facilities and just before my release my Psychiatrist made me create a routine to regulate my body, incorporating exercise. It helped with my adjustment. I was off the Valium and Dopaquel not long thereafter.

Iโm watching this movie called The Visit & the whole premise is a woman hasnโt spoken to her parents in 15 years sent her kids alone to visit them for a week, without so much as a pic of what they look like, & the kids have been staying with escaped mental patients the whole time
