I have never ever felt in such a vulnerable situation as I did today. Pip Tribunal. I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. 1 of the panel was VERY intimidating. Almost disregarding the medical notes and implying I was lying.. So so so degrading . . Ive lost all faith.😭😭😭😭

On another note... Due to my age. I've just had a text with an appointment date / time for breast screening.. Do I really fancy my baps being squashed?

Today is a "Cba to get dressed" day . No plans, no visitors .This day is well overdue. I can feel myself dipping.

I'm giving it a try.. Nothing ventured nothing gained. Has anyone else tried hemp cream for eczema. And does it work? I'll give it 2 weeks ish trial to see if there's any difference.

Had itchy eyes (I could absolutely scratch them out) and dry skin on my hands whilst away, still same now. Surely it can't be histamines? Pulling at straws by taking some antihistamines to see if it'll relieve it. Any other advice is greatly appreciated. Or is it eczema flare up

My first time "Caravanning" in this wintry climate. Will I miss it? Yes I will. Can't believe how cosy and warm the caravan is and the therapeutic sound of rain banging on the roof. I am admittedly looking forward to going home and lighting my first coal fire of the "Winter".

Having had Munchkin with me for the last few days has made me realise what FAMILY is all about. I've loved every single minute.❤️ But now the holiday of 2 halves. The second half is where I can relax and do things as I please.

Whether I'm totally run down and longing for my week away next week. Or, I've caught a touch of something. Sniffles, sore / tired eyes, feel "Bleugh" and thick head this morn.

It's paid to ask GP to contact hospital consultant to expedite a 2 month overdue hospital apt. Phoned Gp at 09.30am. Got a hospital apt through my NHS App at 11am. The fact I was crying down the phone in genuine pain might have had something to do with it.
