Gone: Review Desk, the empty Marketplace Skills preview, and Settings controls that were there but did nothing. A button that does nothing is a small lie. We'd rather ship fewer.

It reads session state from the same source as the session rail, so the two can't disagree about what a session is doing. It also loads on click. Built eagerly, it cost 6.1 KB of CSS for a panel nobody sees until they open it.

The Needs-you inbox replaces the menu bar's running-activity popover. It drops "running" entirely. Only what can't move without you, oldest wait first. The badge counts actionable work and disappears at zero.
