🤝 #MeetThePartners: Comex We are excited to welcome Comex Group as a new partner in the OPTIMINER project! ⚙️💡 Comex develops advanced sensor-based sorting systems for the mining, mineral processing and recycling industries. Comex sorting technologies combine XRT, XRF, VIS, NIR, SWIR, 3D laser and GAMMA sensing technologies with artificial intelligence to detect differences in material composition and accurately separate valuable particles from waste. 🔬 Comex's Role in OPTIMINER Within the OPTIMINER project, Comex is responsible for developing and validating a dry beneficiation technology for coking coal sourced from the mines of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa SA. Tech: XRT sensor sorting (identifies and rejects waste material according to differences in X-ray attenuation).
