I, Donna Brandenburg, candidate for Michigan Governor who did lawfully appear on both the 2022 & 2026 ballot, DO NOT CONCEDE the 2026 election, as I still do not concede the 2022 stolen election. I will not recognize the results of a process that has been turned into a corporate selection rather than a free and fair election by the will of the people. The American spirit has always risen to meet its greatest challenges, and this moment is no different. WE the PEOPLE are not remotely finished with the work ahead of us … we are only beginning to wipe out the systemic corruption and destruction of individual rights given by God through theft, coercion, and duress which have been forced on the American people for decades. The same evidence that has exposed these unlawful election failures and usurpations also shows us the clear path forward to restore true self-governance. This is an exciting time to be alive. We have the chance to reclaim real representation and return power to the people where the Constitution has always said it belongs. Michigan Constitution, Article I, Section 1: All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their equal benefit, security and protection. The work is just starting, and the American people are ready for it. And I will continue to fight for WE the PEOPLE and limited government of the people, by the people, and for the people. What has occurred in our elections is more than ordinary fraud. It is the result of a sustained infiltration of our government and a coup against the United States of America, carried out in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2383 &2381. Those responsible have weaponized every available tool … including our election systems themselves. They have weaponized NGOs to facilitate and conceal election fraud, converting private organizations into instruments of the coup. The result is a full-scale assault on the Constitutional Republic of the United States. This attack targets the very foundation of the nation: the destruction of our God-given rights and the elimination of the guarantees of those rights that exist under the Organic Constitution. Foreign money has entered both the Republican and Democrat parties which has participated in the coup. Voting machines have contained foreign-made parts and foreign programming (evidenced by Serbian programmers admission to interfering in US elections for more than 2 decades,) proving systemic illegal activity of foreign interference. Non-citizen voters have been permitted to cast ballots in direct violation of the Constitution. Electronic voting systems have been connected to the Internet creating insecurity … security vulnerabilities. Election equipment has been unlawfully outsourced to foreign nations - including equipment and system programming, unlawfully creating a threat to national security. Electronic records used in our elections are not compliant with federal law. The voter roll data relied upon by local clerks is in an unauditable state and is currently non-compliant with federal law. I witnessed and documented local certification compliance failure of the electronic machines and admission of the unlawful process being carried out across the state and nation by our local clerk. The machines are not in certification compliance. In Michigan, Jocelyn Benson, as Secretary of State, has overseen elections in which she and the officials she appointed held direct control and a personal interest. The complicit media has engineered public perception through fake polls and the systematic exclusion of candidates who deserved equal standing. Dark money and corporate money … including large contributions from multinational energy and agriculture sector, corporatized medical and pharmacy, and who others who have funded their preferred candidates.
