If anyone is wondering whether to upgrade your seat on @SpiritAirlines know that they will not refund you the cost of the seat when if they cancel the flight. #Cancledflight with spirit appears to be common too. Found out the hardway.
The first time I ever flew @SpiritAirlines I was pleasantly surprised. Their big front seat was great. However, this experience set me up for failure. Today spirit canceled our flight 1 hr b4 takeoff. Now missing a babyshower. think twice before you fly spirit. #canceledflight

Dang @Delta, 7.5 hour delay and I have to spend the night in atlanta.. ouch. Not to mention the canceled flight you put me through last week. You have been my #1 boo for the last 5 years, but I may need to reconsider our relationship

My day started at 6am fling @delta, arrived in bogata to connect to medellin on @LATAMAirlines at 7:30pm. The flight was supposed to leave at 9pm, it was delayed till 11:55pm, at 11:00 it was canceled. Been in line trying to resolve for over 2 hrs! @LATAMAirlines is the worst!!!
1
@Delta why do you partner with such horrible airlines?
1
@LATAMAirlines what an embarrassment of an airline

I have only flown @LATAMAirlines 2 times in my life and both times its been horrible. This time they delayed my flight by 3 hours then canceled it right before boarding was supposed to start. To make things better, the are processing new tickets at about 1 every 15 minutes(1of 2)

Everyone I'm with doesn't deserve a win or a loss and the @Suns got a loss. I'm pissed, sad, and ready to fight. No one else cares....
