We are pleased to welcome to the team Caia in the role of Land and Planning Assistant and look forward to working together!

We are delighted to have concluded a joint venture agreement alongside a regional high quality developer to promote 18 acres located in South Cambridgeshire. The scheme aims to deliver in excess of 130 units including affordable and private housing.

After previous successes in the borough, we have exchanged with the same landowner on a further 20 acre site in Central Bedfordshire. It’s great to be recognised for the excellent work we did and for the landowner to choose us again as their preferred land promoter.
