PEFO Protocol going a step further: fair-mint, on-chain circuits, and a roadmap The experiment continues. Now we go on-chain. For a while we've been testing a single idea: building how value flows as a circuit made of composable atoms anyone can wire. SOURCE (value in), PEFO (the splitter/router valve), CELL (a store), SINK (exit to a wallet), and WIRE to connect them. From a handful of parts you get payroll waterfalls, treasury rules, revenue splits. So far we've shown this as a simulation. Next comes the real chain. What changes: culture + reality Our reference is clear: on BNB Chain, Blonskr's TapeOut inscribed real, running circuits from logic gates and turned it into culture through a simple, source-verified, non-custodial token mechanic. We're pointing the same energy not at computation, but at value. With one difference: we'll do it by matching the safeguard to the risk, step by step. $PEFO fair-mint how it will actually work $PEFO will be a token you "mine" not with a rig, but by building circuits. Design a circuit, inscribe it, and you earn $PEFO. The mechanic rests on these principles: Standard ERC-20 (OpenZeppelin's battle-tested template we're not writing risky code from scratch). No manual mint: minting authority sits entirely in the mining contract; no wallet can arbitrarily inflate supply. Source-verified: anyone can read the contract on the explorer. Ownership renounced: once distribution starts, there's no privileged back door. Non-custodial: the token holds no one's funds there is no vault to drain. Risk is bounded by market price, not by an exploit. The circuit you build is written on-chain as a portable circuit.json structure the machine's logic lives on-chain, permanent, readable, and as a numbered NFT. What you sell is a template (a recipe) with no money inside; the buyer binds it to their own wallets and activates it, and the machine runs for them. It has zero exposure to the seller's funds. Target chain is EVM-compatible: first Robinhood testnet (chain id 46630), then mainnet. Where OFEP holders stand The OFEP community is this protocol's founding crew. The benefits are declared up front and transparent: Mining multiplier: OFEP holders mine $PEFO faster / cheaper for the same work. Genesis window: the first fair-mint window opens to OFEP holders first. Circuit fee share: of the 5% fee on every circuit NFT sale, 50% is split equally across the 1,111 OFEP holders (the other 50% to the team). That distribution itself runs through a PEFO circuit we test the protocol on ourselves. None of this is a hidden premine or a back door; they're all declared rules. Holding OFEP is the key to every one of these benefits. Honesty and safety: we match the safeguard to the risk We'll be blunt here, because the distinction is critical: Simple, non-custodial, source-verified, ownership-renounced parts (the fair-mint token, inscribing) can go live early like TapeOut did, without needing an audit, because there's no vault to drain. But parts that hold or route real user funds (a CELL accumulating real value, real revenue distribution) will not hit mainnet without an independent security audit. That's not a delay, it's a principle: a contract with real money flowing through it has to be solid on day one. Token value is set entirely by the market; there are no return promises. Roadmap (short) Phase 0 — Now: shareable demo (simulation) + real-signature early-access snapshot + OFEP mint. (mostly done) Phase 1 — Testnet: fair-mint $PEFO + inscribe + market on Robinhood testnet; a live mint race and leaderboard. Symbolic value, zero money risk. Phase 2 — Mainnet fair-mint: safe, non-custodial $PEFO goes live; mine-by-inscribe + OFEP multiplier; circuit market and the 50/50 fee. Phase 3 — Audit + functional atoms: vesting/time-lock, revenue-split, live-analytics NFT the real-money parts ship after audit. Phase 4 — Real value flow: route any ERC-20 (stablecoins, RWAs, yield) through audited circuits; an independent bridge to the RWA layer. It looks primitive on purpose. Culture starts raw; when simple parts are combined by many hands, things emerge that no single person designed. Our difference: doing this for both culture and real value without burning anyone. We're experimenting. In the open. With every intention of delivering. We learned under streetlights. We aren't afraid to try.
