New Mexico has decided that gun laws are unenforceable.

•Based on their* silence, the feedback I received from the local ATF, and the lack of any apparent investigation into alleged gun crimes by a New Mexico nonprofit, it appears they* have decided that:
◦Universal Background checks are worthless and not worth enforcing.
◦Anyone can trade a gift card for a firearm with no repercussions.
◦Proper destruction of firearm guidelines is a joke and doesn't matter.
◦No one cares about an NCIC check to see if you have a stolen firearm.
◦And apparently, you can bring improperly dismantled firearms, which, per the ATF guidelines, are still a regulated firearm, to a school and give them to kids.
👉🏻I'm happy they* realize these gun laws and regulations violate our Second Amendment rights, and they are not upholding them.
🚨I hope the New Mexico Governor and the Attorney General will STAND with the repeal of SB 8, the Universal Background Check law, since they are no longer enforcing it.

Property tax is the most immoral and egregious tax levied by government.

Throughout history, there have been examples where gun control measures were implemented that disproportionately affected and marginalized the black community. Despite this documented history, there are black individuals who support gun control measures, believing that the racist aspects of this history have been eradicated from gun control laws.
It's ironic that some of these individuals argue that the government is systematically biased against black people while simultaneously expecting that the same law enforcement they claim is racially biased will somehow act without racial prejudice when enforcing gun control measures.
In some discussions, I'm portrayed as supporting white supremacy merely because I oppose restricting firearm access as a means to appease a privileged class. None of these individuals present a rational argument; their positions are solely reliant on rehearsed talking points. This is why they often resort to personal attacks, as they struggle to engage in substantive debates beyond their scripted arguments.
Gun control is racist, back then and currently.
