Meta controls around 80% worldwide market share of VR devices. While it's still a comparatively small market, Meta is the main company building all aspects of VR, and growth is accelerating. Apple spent 8 years building an overpriced MR device and missed the mark on its launch.

So far @AirCanada has a 100% fail rate. They have cancelled every flight I had booked, day of flight.
Mental note - never fly Air Canada.
Seems to be resolved, but apparently I won't find out for sure until I get to the airport tomorrow. Only took 2 hours on the phone (65 minutes of that before actually talking to a person) to get to that much of a resolution.
The fact that you don't have enough people to answer the phones is a pretty good indication that customer service isn't your highest priority.
Hey @united, when you cancel my flight on a holiday weekend because of "crew schedule" concerns, it might help if you answer your support phone to resolve the issue. I've been on hold for 40 minutes so far. Still waiting to talk to someone.
. @davidfaber Yes, there is hardware that can be attached to #VR & #AR equipment that allows you to smell and feel (haptics) the #Metaverse
