This week is #OTweek2022 and the them is #liftupyoureveryday. My hack is making a list. I LOVE a list. It’s a standing joke amongst anyone that knows me is that when I feel overwhelmed I need to write a new list but it works 😂 so here’s my #OTlifehack. @theRCOT @AHP_SPFT

Today marks two year qualified as an OT and still the best decision I’ve ever made to come into this profession 💚

What a pleasure it was spending the last day with my student before I go on holiday. Thank you for the present and for making the last 6 weeks so lovely. It’s been such a learning experience for me also! @BrightOccTher

After a week of AMPs training (with a day of educator training with @BrightOccTher thrown in there🤣), officially completed and am now an AMPS rater 😍

Picked up my books this morning to help with AMPS training in a couple of weeks. I said in my last appraisal I wanted to complete this training, less then one year on I’m getting the opportunity too. So excited #ilovemyjob
