One thing of many I love about trading is, it strips away pretense. It doesn't give a shit about your credentials, your intentions, or how hard you tried.
It simply reflects back who you are when money, risk, & uncertainty are on the line.
And that is a game changer on its own.

The market doesn’t reward constant activity.
It rewards patience, preparation and execution.
If the setup isn’t clear, stay out.
No trade is better than a forced trade.
Protect your capital. Wait for your edge. 🎯
The macro picture is getting interesting.
Inflation is still sticky, oil prices are rising, and higher energy costs could keep inflation elevated.
That makes rate cuts harder to justify >>> higher rates for longer.
Higher rates >>>> higher bond yields meaning pressure on equities and other risk assets.
At the same time AI and big tech are still growing strongly while other parts of the economy are slowing.
So the environment is becoming more risk-off and selective.
For traders: don’t force trades. Watch yields, USD, oil and inflation expectations closely.
Capital preservation first.
Opportunities come second.
