Australia has banned a political party and over the next two days the High Court is being asked whether the government had the constitutional power to do it.
After the Bondi terror attack by radical Indian Islamists, the Commonwealth passed sweeping new prohibited hate group laws. Those laws were strangely later used to designate the White Australia Party (which had zero involvement with Bondi attack) a prohibited hate group, exposing continued membership, directing activities, recruitment, funding and support to serious criminal penalties.
The party is now challenging the regime in the High Court on three major constitutional grounds: whether the
Commonwealth had the legislative power to enact it, whether it impermissibly burdens the implied freedom of political communication, and whether it gives punitive powers to the executive that constitutionally belong to the courts.
Whatever you think of the plaintiff, the implications go far beyond one organisation.
This case is about the limits of government power, political association, and how far the state can go in deciding which political organisations are permitted to exist.

We all witnessed the mass disinformation campaign on the Patriot Front today, by the Israel hawks.
Patriot Front are real Nationalists, founded in 2017. Not Feds, not nazis, not racists, or White supremacists. They echo the founders, the verbage of the Constitution, and the Federalist Papers.
They are Pro America, and that is not antisemitism.

Because I operate under my real name on here and play a more “normalizing” role on the right, I’ll say a couple things about PF.
1. Covering up one’s identity in the midst of hostile enemies is an ancient tactic of prudence when wanting to stand up for one’s principles, yet stay guarded and protect yourself and your family. Not only does the National Guard and ICE mask up, but so did the Boston Tea Party, while dissident writers during the American Revolution (Ben Franklin) and also under the Soviet Union used pseudonyms to protect their identity. People who challenge the Leftwing regime are liable to get doxxed, debanked, fired, kids kicked out of activities, removed from churches, and have their lives ruined. For having the same opinions their ancestors did.
2. They’ve never done anything illegal or violent. In fact, they’ve only done major community service initiatives at cost to themselves.
3. There is no evidence of them being feds or fronts for the SPLC or anything like that. This is completely made up. In fact, I know some people involved and I trust what they tell me and I’m impressed by how they manage their opsec and the personal standards by which they conduct themselves.
4. Hard times are coming. Extraordinary times are coming. Boomer conservative types have always imagined themselves banning together in heroic ways to defeat some enemy (Communists, Jihadists, etc) when the time comes. But this doesn’t just happen on the spot when things break down. They could happen only after spending years getting to know each other and training and having some sort of strategic plan of action.
Enemies are all around us. Liberalism is not going to last our lifetimes. You think 100 million deportations are going to just happen like a fairy tale? What do you think is actually required if things break down to defend yourself and your communities? If there’s a financial crisis or a famine and 120 million foreigners are in a contest with you for food and property, what’s going to happen? What happens if the Democrats win in 2028? What happens if there’s a left wing consolidation of military power? What are local conservative patriotic sheriffs going to do? They should be thinking about this. They should have an open line to community defense organizations.
Too many people are operating on a completely expired paradigm.
Support young white men defending the country they love and peacefully going about their demonstrations with integrity and passion. Postwar Liberalism was not the end of History. History is coming back. Be prepared. Trump’s Golden Age is just good marketing, it’s not inevitable.
Patriot Front has done nothing wrong and they seem operate with discipline, integrity, patriotism, and moral clarity about their goals. They fly American flags.

I am introducing a Constitutional Amendment to end Birthright Citizenship.
Under current interpretations of American law, anyone born on American soil automatically becomes a U.S. citizen, regardless of whether the parent was here legally or not. This is wrong and not at all the intent of those who wrote the 14th Amendment.
We are a country filled with immigrants, and legal immigration is valuable and should be protected. But we are also a country whose borders have been too open and our generosity exploited too often. President Trump has moved to seal our border from illegal immigrants more than any other president.
But we will have more to do.
We need to make sure that only children born to legal residents of the U.S. are automatically citizens. I have supported protecting birthright citizenship from abuse since the beginning of my tenure in the Senate, when I cosponsored the Birthright Citizenship Act of 2011, and now I am proposing an amendment to protect United States citizenship in case the Supreme Court fails to address this issue correctly.

Several ways forward here given the choice of Roberts/Barrett to nullify the 14th Amendment and extra-constitutionally replace it with their own language:
1) Nullification. States issue birth certificates, and they can just stop issuing them to non-citizens. Roberts/Barrett can deal with the fallout and litigate each birth individually.
2) Pack the court. If Robert wants to be a politician who writes laws instead of a judge, then he can fight with 10 more unelected legislators in robes.
3) Deny entry to all pregnant foreigners.
4) Deny entry to all female foreigners.
5) Require sterilization of all foreign visitors prior to entry.
6) Dissolution of the Union. A nation which can’t even restrict who gets to be a citizen isn’t a nation.
7) Amend the Constitution. This is pointless, because once a judge decides he can rewrite the Constitution at will (as Roberts and Barrett did today), the actual text is meaningless. But this is what most GOP politicians gravitate towards because they are useless.
If you think all these options are not great, understand that that is what happens when unelected judges decide that they are in charge of the country and get to write its laws.

The term Nation (Natio/þēod/ lēod) literally means Race or Shared Blood. The American founders all Spoke about race. American congressmen, Legal scholars, and Supreme Court justices through history spoke extensively about race.
Christianity does not deny that race exists or plays a role in the material world, Christianity does not deny the right of a people to Prefer their own race and Promote the survival of their people.
Nature is perfected, not Done away with by grace. God created natural groups and you want to deny Gods creation and destroy it all the while Pretending that God would rather have it your way.

Didn’t watch the video I reposted of Doyle and didn’t read more than two paragraphs of this but this is my updated position
There’s a clip of John Doyle, calling the right wing (that talks about Israel) cowards which I think is silly.
Now I would say John Doyle is right that talking about Israel can build a large audience. You are allowed to talk about this now- but some people who talk about it are kicked out of schools. They are still banned from payment processors or denied jobs.
I agree many people who focus on Israel avoid Right Wing topics like mass deportation, immigration, or disproportionate crime committed by blacks and Hispanics.
I’ve personally some people avoid these topics because they’ve built audiences that clash with their core beliefs.
But when John Doyle says this, the sub textual message he is delivering is that people give too much energy or too much attention too much focus to the matter of the Jewish and Israel- despite the fact that he is well aware of these things do often stem from that influence.
I can agree with John that people should combat these ideologies and these issues on their own merits.
But when you imply that critics of Israel can’t or won’t address these other issues, you are wrong.
My assumption is he looks at Dan Bilzerian, Candace Owens and Ian Carol, and he believes that those three podcasts and content creators are entirely representative of all right wing figures- who are critical of Israel.
He knows there are people who talk about all of the issues he mentioned
I’m not an insanely famous streamer but I talk about BLM, anti-white rhetoric, mass immigration, Birth control, no fault divorce, feminism, American history, Leftist extremism, Big tech, and issues like migrant crime in Europe regularly.
Also The issue isn’t just Israel—it’s the broader pattern of behavior by an ethnocultural group, and he knows it because he says he knows it in that video
I post daily across platforms, and I see small accounts and large ones routinely discussing gay adoption, abortion, Queer theory history, Communism, anti-Christian sentiment, anti-white violence, Criminal justice reform, illegal immigrant crime, mass deportations, and Europe’s immigration failures.
and what’s interesting is all of those people also talk about Israel.
I’ve done dozens of videos with zero mention of Israel or Jews- and they still perform well.
John Doyle is trying to say is people shouldn’t talk about Israel at all- people should never talk about “Jews”
This type of browbeating is common on Twitter, where people say that it it’s low IQ antisemitism to ever mention Jews, without having written a PhD thesis on Jewish political Historiography
Also Leftists may like anti-Israel content, but they won’t follow a far-right voice on it due to fundamental disagreements. Talking about doesn’t make us incapable of addressing everything else.

A beloved member of the community, whom you all know, is trying to save his mother’s life.
Patriot Mom is fighting a very severe endometrial cancer. Up until now, she has been working a full-time job to keep her insurance and pay for the treatments.
Unfortunately, the cancer has progressed, chemotherapy has failed, and she’s had to stop working.
Recently, however, she was accepted into a Hail Mary drug trial that could save her life.
As such, Patriot Mom needs help relocating to Oklahoma City and paying for her medications and living expenses.

Jews hate nationalism because it excludes them from homogeneous goy nations. So they push destructive liberalism and multiculturalism to weaken and subvert host societies for their own gain.
But hypocritically, they promote exclusive Jewish nationalism for themselves in their ethnostate.
As Rabbi Solomon Freehof admitted in 1935: “Modern Nationalism… is our chief enemy. We are on the side of Liberalism against Nationalism.”
And the 1936 Central Conference of American Rabbis stated: “Nationalism is a danger for the Jewish people… Jews cannot live in powerful states where a high national culture has developed.”
